Quaint place.
The place is clean and adorable. You can fish on the bank in front of the cabin, the boat ramp approx 500ft. "Only Bads".... SMALL toilet!, and No parking in the yard at the cabin. So you have to do a little walking with your luggage, grocery, and etc. I loved the porch.

Honeymoon Getaway
Stayed here for a quick honeymoon in 2021, had a BLAST, & came back for our anniversary in 2022! Looking to make this a yearly tradition because we love the exclusiveness & privacy in the time of year (March) & the the owners are fantastic! Beautiful lake, land, & tiny house!

Perfect cabin for a couple!
Enjoyed our stay, so convenient having a restaurant so close and being able to tie our pontoon to a tree directly in front of our cabin. We brought our 8-year old grandson for the first night and he immediately made friends with other boys his age at the beach. The roped swimming area off the beach is perfect for young children to safely enjoy the water. The Landing is unique and very thoughtfully designed for outdoor dining with a great area for kids to play. Food is very good, Herb was instantly available for any questions since he’s always at the restaurant. We’ll definitely be back!

This place was great and even better in person! Very clean, easy check in and out. The view of the lake goes for miles. A sandy beach next door. I will rent again.

It was a great long weekend getaway!
The tiny house was awesome. The on-site restaurant and bar was great. Great food just as important, the employees customer service was second to none. All very nice, polite and eager to help. Cudos to the staff and Herb the owner for they all work very hard. The only issue that I had was boats parking in the boat slips that are reserved for the tiny homes leaving me with no where to park my boat during the day. Maybe an additional sign on the slip itself saying it is a rented slip with a rope hooked across the end would help prevent slip poaching.. However, we will be back!

Third stay in 3 years
First year 2NT, then 7NT & this year 14NT. With 3 stays under our belt we came prepared with all we needed for our vacation. The Landings was open for this stay & we enjoyed proximity to food & beverage. We are looking forward to eating there on our return to Lake Martin next year. Only issue is parking. Designated parking for tiny house would enable guests to come & go while Landings open. We are both older, have walking issues so tried to park as close as we could to tiny house. However, leaving/returning while Landings open we could not be sure of parking close to property on our return unless we stayed away until The Landings closed for the day. Additionally, the use of the boat ramp is a plus, however a floating dock nearer the tiny houses would be great feature.

Best Holiday Weekend Getaway
This was our first trip to Lake Martin and we were pleased to have stayed in cabin 3! The tiny home was perfect for our needs. The cabin sits directly next door to the family friendly restaurant where you will find delicious foods and drinks! The swimming area is nice for the children (or adults) while relaxing in a chair, watching other boaters! We enjoyed grilling out, the fire pit at night, and relaxing on the back porch at all times of the day. We did bring our boat and was able to launch, park, and board with no issue. I would highly recommend this tiny home. We hope to be back soon!
