"We had the best time at the Treehouse! Its close to all the major trails (Garden of the Gods is literally down the street as is Rim Rock and Pounds Hollow). The Treehouse is the perfect size, was spotlessly clean and the hot tub was the best way to finish off a day of hiking. The group managing these properties does a great job with check in, check out and also checking up on you during your stay. Highly recommend if you're wanting to explore the Shawnee area!"

"We came here for a weekend visit to check out the Shawnee National Forest area and had the best time! The cabin was in vlose proximity to several hiking areas, the amenities were great, and the cabin was very comfortable for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area!"

"We had a great stay. The place was very clean and comfortable. The beds were so nice. Our favorite was sitting out on the deck overlooking the river. It was a peaceful getaway. We were even able to take a short trail down to the river. I highly recommend a stay here. "

"Beautiful view and very peaceful. Plenty of space indoors and out if you have yard games. We enjoyed the hot tub and having s'mores around the fire. The home was lovely and comfortable. "This is the cutest little place! The owner was great and their store next door had local grown meat from their farm. It was delicious. It’s very close to the river, so nice views down the street. We loved that the owner refurbished this place from the old laundry mat. Very well appointed. "
