"Excellent property very conveniently situated for a pre Christmas walkable visit to Blenheim Palace. Also, less than a five minute walk to Woodstock’s fine pubs and restaurants. The accommodation itself was high spec, peaceful and extremely comfortable for a short stay. I would definitely stay again. "

"Lovely lady helpfully directed me to the correct address since my sat-nav didn’t. Very helpfully and warm personality. Room was really clean, fresh towels and a comfy big bed.
