    The Space:

    Enjoy this well-designed, fully self-contained studio apartment, offering a comfortable and efficient living space.



    Located on the ground floor, the studio features a cosy double bed with bedside tables, a breakfast bar with stools, and a kitchenette equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. The kitchen is fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay.



    The en-suite bathroom includes a rain-effect shower, Grohe fittings, a heated towel rail, illuminated mirror, and a shaver point.



    For added convenience and security, the studio offers smart lock access with a code, a doorbell, and an internal camera view of the entrance. Guests can also enjoy a smart TV, a full-length mirror, high-speed USB and USB-C charging sockets, heating controls, and practical storage space.

    Getting Around:

    Stoneleigh station is a 9-minute walk and has direct trains to London Waterloo via Wimbledon/Clapham, taking 30 mins. Guildford via Epsom, 40 mins & Dorking 22 mins.





    Route 406 — to Kingston from Bradford Drive bus stop, and to Epsom High Street from Stoneleigh Park Road bus stop.



    Buses typically run every 20–30 minutes from ~05:45 to ~00:15.



    Other Things to Note:

    AIRPORT PICK UPS AND DROP OFFS AVAILABLE from HEATHROW, GATWICK, STANSTEAD, LUTON, LONDON CITY AIRPORT. (Charged separately. Please ask for a quote before booking a pick up or drop off)



    Smoking, vaping or taking illegal substances in or around the property is strictly forbidden. This includes the back garden and front driveway. For non-compliance you will be fined a minimum of £500 and you may be asked to leave.



    No candles, incense, burners or similar to be used in the property or in the garden.



    Standard check in time is 3pm onwards and check out time is before 11am. You may be charged for any late checkout that has not been authorised in advance.



    This is a residential neighbourhood so please refrain from making excessive noise. Quiet times are 10pm to 7am, when noise should be kept to a minimum, including TV volume.



    Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the property.
