"Great"

"The room is very clean and the staff were helpful. I had previously stayed in this hotel, really impressed by it and so decided to stay there again. The location is excellent, short walking distance to Kingston & Manuka that have a lot of eateries and nice shops. I will certainly stay there again for my next visit."

"Awesome place and the pub was even better. We stayed and extra night cause we loved it so much"

"They let us check in 2 hours early which was great!"

"Breakfast was expensive and could only have the buffet. But there were local cafes if you just wanted a coffee! Apart from that we had a lovely stay!"

"It was sold as a 2 bedroom apartment. In reality was 1 room with a partial bedroom with 3/4 walls. So limited privacy."

"Ok but dated rooms. Big problem was the noise. Not sound proofed at all so didn’t get much sleep & was woken early each morning"

"Clean, close to food outlets would stay again"

"The Hotel looks beautiful and the rooms feel new, clean & modern. Ensuite is very tastefully decorated."

"Homely"

"El apartamento que nos asignaron era muy ruidoso y nos cambiaron a una habitación muy amplia y agradable pero no hicieron la limpieza antes de que entráramos todos los muebles llenos de polvo, la terraza con telarañas, vajilla sucia y restos de comida usada en el congelador, al día siguiente tampoco hicieron limpieza y cuando llegaron a darnos toallas limpias, solo se llevaron la basura."
