"We made it all the way to Seattle and the host claimed it was doubled booked. Meanwhile it was booked a few weeks ahead of time. The host could’ve reached out to us way before us arriving to make preparations on a refund. So unprofessional and last minute. Instead of her letting us know someone was in her place she text I’m looking forward to hosting you. Bad business I would never book here or suggest this host to anyone."

"Came into town for a wedding. Perfect location to the venue and friend’s home! The unit is attached to a personal residence, but the private entry and reserved parking spot was very much appreciated! Perfect setup for a weekend getaway with all the amenities, including washer and dryer (we didn’t need to use it, but nice to know it was available!). The on-location communication with the host was great! Highly recommend!"
