The property opens onto a large terrace of 100 m² with a dining area and outdoor lounges.

At the back, out of sight and surrounded by nature, a small typical Provençal square welcomes you for outdoor meals around the gas barbecue.

This space allows children to play in complete safety and allows you to organize games of petanque or any other games that are at your disposal.

The 7-metre private pool, secured by a gate, is ideal for young and old thanks to its gradual entry staircase. It is treated with salt.
