Amazing customer service and the room was very clean and had ample kitchen ware, the first in 5 other stays this holiday. Situated close to shops, chemist, dinner optionns ect. "We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a problem with our room so the lovely person on reception gave us an upgrade to a fantastic room. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Pool area on the lake was so relaxing. Hotel aesthetic was great, it felt like a lot of care goes into the look and function of everything. Would definitely reccomend."
