"Reserve el hotel con casi un mes de anticipación, hice el check in a las 4 pm y despúes de hacerlo me dijeron que la habitación no estaba. Lista aún que tenia que que esperar. A las 5:15 pm me entregaron las llaves indicándome que tenía que continuar esperando pero que podía ir al estacionamiento y a la playa, la habitación nunca su entregada, a la 9:15 pm la única que dio la cara indicó que no tenían personal de limpieza, la oficina estaba cerrada y nadie respondió. "I stayed at Kim’s condo with my husband and two children. The condo was just as described. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to be able to walk straight out to the pool and beach. Kim was a very welcoming host. She made sure we got checked in smoothly and had everything we needed."
