"I liked the space and the grounds were well kept and attractive. The staff was exceptional and very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again. What was less than perfect was the fact that there is no air conditioning although the front staff say installation of A/C is in the works and maybe a year off. we visited when the temperature was in the 90's and it got even hotter a few days after we left. The property is beautiful, especially the back lawn area with creek and water wheel but...

"Newly constructed property. The walls were thin - noise could be an issue. We stayed on the first cold weekend of fall. The downstairs bunk room had no heating- just a blank switch plate where the thermostat should have been. The host was unaware of this. The portable air conditioner in the living room let enough cold air in during a wind gust - that the living room was uncomfortable.These are all issues that I am sure this host will iron out - she was very responsive and easy to work with. "It’s in a great location close to town and it is very modern and styled nicely. I had to communicate with the host more than I would normally, only because my plans changed. But she was very polite and pleasant considering my changes."
