Room with a view!

The starlight apartment is set quite high on the hill leading down to Galleon Beach. The view of English Harbour with all the boat activity was like heaven for us. The beach was sandy and never crowded. I swam with a turtle 10 m from the shore. The apartment had everything we needed, and although it was a studio apartment, it felt spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Yorie was a responsive, helpful host although we didn't meet in person.

Wonderful little apartment up on a hill. My only advice would be to get a 44 or something with a little power to get up the driveway.

Starlight

Overall our stay at Starlight was pleasant. The bed and outdoor chairs were comfy and the air conditioning much appreciated! The location is nice , it's close to the main street in English Harbor where all the restaurants are and down the hill from Shirley Heights. We were able to do some good snorkeling off the beach and there is a local beach bar called the loose cannon with cabanas which had good food and drinks. We were also able to take a class at the academy of rum which is also within the gated community.

Fabulous property

Just returned from a 10 day trip from Antigua staying at Starlight. The apartments location is just amazing and the we never tired of the view from the balcony m. The owner had really thought very carefully about how to make the apartment work. A whole host of touches that just made everything work. Thoroughly recommend Starlight!

This is the life !!!!

Wonderful Holiday Location

The apartment has been extremely well thought out with the best use of space. The living area is really light and airy and the bathroom facilities are first class. The views over the entrance to English Harbour are stunning, particularly from the sun deck. You do have to be quite fit to stay there as there are steep steps, and the short walk up from the beach is hilly, however it's worth the effort as the beach is one of the best in Antigua. We strongly recommend Starlight, we had a great stay there.

Excellent cottage and area

The cottage is very well designed with quality fittings-great bed .It would have been 5 star but for the construction work next door and in the general area,plus be aware that the appartments are part of a larger house and is an immediate adjoining unit whuch looks right into our windiws-problem if you have inconsiderate tenats who turn their sunbeds directly to Starlight -we had to lower the sunshade to get privacy .which sits in front of Starlightand their

5 star view and location

The property was spotless and perfectly clean. Well appointed with quality fittings, appliances and furniture. The view from the bed and the two loungers on the terrace were just about the best we have stayed at. Perfection in paradise! It is rare that a property Is more gorgeous than what you see in photos and that’s exactly what happened at starlight! Everything was five star quality and was meticulously thought out! We wanted peace and quiet, privacy, and time for rest and that is what we got. We love the proximity to the beach and got to swim with the turtles every day. The loose canon bar was wonderful and communication with the owner was perfect. She helped with getting us the best driver and with suggestions on how to make our holiday absolutely Splendid! It was truly a dream and I can’t wait to come back again!

Great place to stay

We loved our stay at Starlight. The location was great. We were nicely surprised at the toiletries from Neem Avenue lotions and soaps. I wanted to buy these products myself although it looks like they are sold in UK, not US. The furniture, especially the outdoor furniture, was very nice too. The kitchen was nicely appointed.

Starlight is fabulous!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Starlight for the week. The studio was very clean and well appointed, everything you need! The views of the harbour were spectacular! We spent many hours on the patio relaxing, and enjoying the awesome sunsets. The restaurant and beach bar are a 5 minute walk. Great food and service and very quiet during the week. The walk up the hill is a bit of a workout as was navigating the steps to the studio with our luggage. Yorie was always attentive and quick to respond to our inquiries. We would book again without hesitation.

Lovely place, better than photos

Yories place is the perfect stay for English harbour. Within walking distance to Galleon beach and loose cannon beach bar which we frequented a lot. Some great walking trails very close by around Shirley heights, would recommend needing a hire car which we hadn’t quite realised and booked last minute. Thankfully we did as it’s a long walk into the main area of English harbour

Wonderful!

Has the most amazing view of Galleon beach, bay and Nelson’ s dockyard. The Starlight studio apartment is so well designed and equipped. While Triton next door, where we also stayed part of the time, is even better with a fantastic pool. These places are very highly recommended, and Youri the host great and thoughtful to all requirements.

The most amazing place to stay in Antigua!

We absolutely loved our stay at Starlight and after 12 years of coming to Antigua this was our favourite accomodation by miles. We will return again and again. There is absolutely nothing to fault with this property / what else can I say!
