Great Location!!!

Wonderful little place RIGHT by the beach. It was literally directly across the street, and the beach was never crowded. The kayaks were an awesome amenity. The bay is only a few hundred yards away and you can launch right from there. The unit was very clean and well equipped for a short stay. There were umbrellas, beach chairs, a small cooler, and beach towels provided, so we didn't have to worry about packing anything like that. The pool was also a really nice extra bonus! I will say the lock on the door was very finicky, but we got the hang of it eventually. The pictures of the unit aren't very accurate (they may be from another unit in the complex), because the Villa Margarita didn't have a full size fridge (just a small dorm room-esque fridge freezer combo with plenty of room for 5 days worth of groceries for two people) and the kitchen is totally different, as is the bathroom, and primary bed. That being said, the unit was still lovely and sufficient, just not as exactly pictured. I would definitely recommend this place to others, and would absolutely stay again!

Great find!

We stayed 5 nights and had a great vacation. Although the island is still recovering from the hurricanes our unit was perfect. All new appliances and furnishings, A/C unit in every room and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Location is perfect, easy walk across the street to the beach and great access to the bay for our daily kayak trip to see the dolphins (3rd canal to the right had 3-6 every day we were there). All you need for the beach is provided, chairs, umbrellas, toys and even a cooler. A nice table outside the unit for evening cocktails or morning coffee. The pool is noce for a quick dip to cool off and the onsite laundry is all brand new and had 3 sets of w/d. Communication from our host was quick and she even provided some tips on things to do (farmers market on Thursday was the best). We really liked the area, everything is back open and the locals were all super friendly.

Perfect location!

We loved this property/location. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to Helene. The owner was very concerned about this and offered to refund us the day we missed. I would definitely stay here again.

I rented this place on a whim due to some issues at another place and it was perfect. Small and cozy. Water pressure for shower is terrible but the comfy beds make up for it.

Great amenities and super close to the beach!

Cozy cottage, exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay very much! Perfect for a family with a couple kids or 2 couples. The kitchen was well equipped. Loved the screened in front porch, great for letting our suits and dive gear dry out. The pool area was very nice and there were a bunch of kayaks avaliable for use. We had a couple very minor issues (wifi and slow drain) and Elena was VERY quick to respond and super friendly and helpful! She made it clear that if we had any other issues to please text her and she would be happy to come right back and fix them. She wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us. Great location, one block from a beautiful beach. Lots of really good restaurants close by, great suggestions and helpful info in the welcome binder. Very reasonably priced for the location and amenities! We're already talking about a return trip!

Wonderful weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Margarita Sparkles!! Everything was exactly as described and we couldn’t have been happier. The welcome tray was so nice, and everything was so thoughtfully laid out and thoroughly explained. We hope to make it a tradition, so see you next year! 😊

We had a wonderful visit! Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Unit was supplied with all you would need and beautifully decorated. The beach water was warm and the most amazing sea green color, simply breathtaking. Highly recommend!

Birthday getaway

Planned a trip for my wife’s birthday. She is from Florida but had never been to Manasota Key before. As soon as I saw this place I knew it was going to be perfect for us. Honestly we had no idea it would be so clean and tidy like it was. The decor and furniture placement made the space feel so much bigger. We absolutely loved the beach items already being there for us to use. Couldn’t have asked for an easier straight line to walk to get to the beach as well. The other home owners seemed friendly, though we kept to ourselves most often. Another thing we were impressed with were the kitchen items being readily available; including SPICES! We will definitely be back and I have saved this for future family vacations.

Perfect spot

Very clean, exactly as pictures showed, everything set up for arrival very nicely. The TV was on upon arrival which caused a lot of confusion and delay getting into unit. The next day we saw a sign outside that said the tv is often left on, couldn’t see the sign in the dark though. Beds very comfortable. Only very minor complaints that would improve the overall experience if resolved: Not all the doors close properly, especially main bedroom door. We had to have something propped up against it to keep it closed. The shower doesn’t drain well at all. The toilet paper is horrible but we assume that’s due to older pipes. Loved the location, kiddo loved the little pool, great kayaking, cute little welcome gift. Would definitely stay here again & would recommend.

Perfect location

This cute and comfy villa was in a great location! We just walked down the street to the beach to take long walks, collect sharks teeth, and watch the sunsets! We had everything we needed, and many extras --the tea, coffee and wine tray on the coffee table was such a nice touch! It was a bit chilly during our stay but we did swim in the little pool, which was lovely and warm. Loved the lanai, too. Thank you for a great stay!

The perfect family getaway

This place was awesome! Our family stayed for the week and it was great. The location couldn't be better! 210 steps to the beach (we counted) everything we needed was there. The house was decorated to perfection! I adored the thoughtful details throughout. They even had a smaller cooler for the beach days. The pool was heated and so much fun. If you want a wonderful place with the BEST service, this is the place! Thank you for the perfect week.

Just what we needed

My husband and I came for a wedding weekend and this place was really cute, clean and convenient. It’s right off the main drag and an easy walk to the beach. We never saw a community hot tub or ping pong tables but we wouldn’t have used them anyway. The bathroom was super tiny and I can’t imagine more than 2 people being comfortable there but it was perfect for us.
