Englewood beach

The door to enter is very hard to unlock and relock from the outside. The blinds in the door are missing some slats so when they are closed there is no privacy. All blinds are hard to operate.

Location location location

This place was one of the best beach vacations I’ve had. The only complaint is the ac units are right outside bedroom window and very noisy. However, that would not stop me from staying again.

On the beach!

Property offered many advantages. Walking distance to several highly rated seafood restaurants. Private & direct access to the beach. The house is well stocked. ie. Extra beach towels, beach chairs, adequate parking, a/c unit kept up with extreme heat temperatures, & well kept clean house inside/out. You won't be disappointed.

Perfection in Paradise

I took my 3 boys to the beach and stayed at this property. It is right on the beach. You literally step outside onto the beach. There are no high rises around. The area is not commercialized. All the neighbors felt like family. The condo itself was perfect for us - the bed was comfy and my boys loved the futon. We are already looking forward too our next trip there. This is our new favorite vacation destination. 10/10

Another enjoyable stay

Love the location! It is right on the beach. Yes living room furniture is a bit dated and worn, but it is a beach place. I wouldn't want to put anything pricey with people coming in and out from the beach wet and sandy if it were me either. It is perfect in my opinion for a nice, quiet beach getaway. The kitchen has what you need. The bed is very comfortable. It is my 2nd time to stay here and won't be my last.

Location, Price, Location

If you are looking for 5 star accommodation, this is not for you. But best value for your money, this is the place. Just steps to the beach. Which is why we come here. The furniture is dated but comfortable. The bed in #2 is lumpy and the towels need to be replaced. Will we return? YES. I am glad we found this place.

Chalet on the beach

We love this location. Every morning we walk out the door and are on the beach ready for our adventure along the water, looking for sharks teeth, enjoying the chats with fishermen and especially the sound of the ocean. We are a short walk to the morning yoga on the beach and the county park with restrooms. This is a location with a great view and that's why we are repeat visitors.

The entire stay was perfect, walked the beach, went fishing in the bay, walked to great restaurants, don’t miss Lock N Key’s happy hour. The food was great in a very casual atmosphere. Nice kitchen setup, we cooked the fish we caught. Hope to be back next wonter

the furniture was so old it had to be covered with towels. The mattress, you sunk in the middle.The bathroom sink handle was broke.There is a lot of maintaining to be addressed. Great location, but won't stay there again unless they do updates and maintaince. We payed premium price. lesson learned.

Enjoyable Visit

The location of this unit is perfect. Easy to get to. It was so nice to just walk out my patio door and immediately be on the beach. The unit was well equipped and clean. Unfortunately, the 2 living room chairs were very worn out. I placed a blanket over one before I sat in it. Other than that, it was a perfect place to stay. Bed was comfy. Loved the walk-in shower. Just a note – if there are guests staying in the upstairs unit, you can hear them walking around. It didn’t bother me.

Quick trip - right on the beach!

This place is the absolute closest I have ever slept to the beach. Usually its a bit of a trudge through the sand, but not so here. Walk out your door, blink a few times and the water is at your feet. There was a tommy bahama chair in my closet, a picnic bench right outside my door to each lunch and dinner while watching the waves and sky. I also loved how little anticipated needs were met - There were scissors, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, qtips, floss and plenty of kitchen supplies like utensils, plates, glasses and mugs. Even tea was provided. The kitchen table was super cozy to sit indoors (water views!) The check-in process is 5 star easy-peasy. My initial excitement of seeing the location and easily popping out the key was quickly dashed upon opening the door. I was hit with a blast of mustiness that I knew involved water and moisture. A quick glance around and I located black mold growth next to the ceiling beam in the livingroom. Upon further scrutinizing I found small black patches of mold growth across the white ceiling. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and spent most of my stay with the air off and the door and windows wide open. I was also disappointed at how lumpy the bed was. Red stains on the bedskirt. In addition, there is little sound buffer and the second floor guests woke me up multiple times from footsteps going to and from their bathroom (2, 3 and 4 am). I heard every word they spoke It was an easy last minute booking but uncertain if I would return

Great little condo!!

Stayed here with my best friend from college, and we loved this condo! Loved the flamingo theme! Clean, well equipped! Only recommendation is to update the red chair in the living room, but what a great condo!!
