The Neighborhood:

This second-floor unit (accessed by stairs) sits right on the Gulf of America and offers easy beach access—perfect for morning walks

on the sand and evenings spent watching the sky change color over the water.



Here, you'll be able to immerse yourself in the laid-back Gulf Coast escape known for turquoise water, quiet beaches, and that

unmistakable Old Florida charm.



The area's shoreline is the main attraction, with Englewood Beach, Manasota Key Beach, Blind Pass Beach, and Stump Pass Beach

State Park all close by. These beaches are famous for soft white sand, terrific shelling, and the chance to find shark teeth, plus

plenty of ways to get out on the water—kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, jet skiing, and parasailing. Nature lovers can also

explore Stump Pass for scenic trails through protected habitats and excellent wildlife viewing.



When you're ready to explore town, Head to Lock and Key for sunset dinner. If you want to explore outside of the beach town, Dearborn Street in Olde Englewood is the local cultural hub with galleries, boutiques, seafood spots, and seasonal festivals, plus live shows at Lemon Bay Playhouse and the weekly Englewood Farmers Market (Thursdays,
