The location was great. Close to the beach and centrally located. We did day trips to Boca Grande and Siesta Key. The pool was very nice as well.

Very satisfied with our stay. There was a small issue with the pool turning green, but Gareth was very responsive and got it resolved in less than 24 hrs. This is your typical short term rental with not the highest quality beds or furnishings, but it was well stocked with everything we needed. The very short drive to the beach was a big plus.

We had a great experience! Plenty of space for our family, well stocked kitchen and comfortable accommodations. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the screened patio and swimming in the pool.

The A/C was set on 74 and the house was 82 when we 1st arrived. We could not drop the thermostat below 72 and the temperature in the house kept rising. We contacted the owner and he said that he was out of town and he would come by in the morning to look at it. We insisted on something to be done that day. He did have someone come out and look. It was low on Freon. Then someone came out later on during the week to check it. The unit is old and too small for the house. It struggled to keep up during the hottest time of the day. The owner cut grass while we were there. Wouldn’t that be done while the house is unoccupied. We figured out the house has a tankless hot water heater. So it takes a while for the hot water to get to the other side of the house. Other than that the house was a great layout. It was spacious for 2 families. We enjoyed the pool but wish the hot tub worked.

Host was prompt with communication. Pool was green upon arrival on Saturday ok to swim by Monday afternoon. Beautiful blue pool after chemicals and cleaning.

Beautiful home, BUT……
The home itself is beautiful. However, I do need to point a few things out and hopefully the owner will address these issues for future. 1.The second king suite bathroom sink was clogged and had a slow drain. 2.The beach towels provided left a bit to be desired (the one I was using had two large holes) and they all were pretty thin. 3. Under the beds were very dusty/dirty and a lot of dust bunnies (my sister-in-law lost an earring and went under the bed to try and find it). Under all bed were like this. 4. The second KING suite had a QUEEN top sheet on it. 5. The noodles for the pool were water logged. 6.There was no where to hang your bathroom towels once you’ve showered. 7. The location of this house is on a very busy road, albeit it sits back off the road. Also, this is NOT a 5 minute walk to the beach, more like a 5 minute drive. In summary, I think he needs to address his housecleaning service BIG time, update beach towels and pool toys and update on the bedding sheets.

Christmas Vacation
What a beautiful home. Clean and full of additional items to use at the beach. Loved that it was just down the road from the beautiful Manasota Bearch, kids loved looking for shark teeth. Was able to use the pool which was at 86 degrees. Pleanty of room for the 7 of us. Owner was responsive with all emals and texts. Would strongly recommend this vacation home.

The house was perfect for our family vacation during spring break! We had 4 adults and 3 children. The house was perfect and the pool was a big hit for our kids. Great location with a short drive to different beaches and attractions. Would highly recommend!

Massive manasota beach house !
Overall this is a wonderful home to relax in with plenty of space ! The description and photos are accurate. The host was very friendly and helpful. Big reflective House numbers on the mailbox would be helpful as arrived in the evening and had a hard time making sure we arrived at the correct home as it is set back from the road. The beach chairs umbrellas and other beach equipment that was provided made the trip to the beach very enjoyable. The heated pool was great !
