So Much More

Our weekend beach stay at Pina Colada was beyond delightful. A beautifully set table and more beds than we expected greeted us. The beach chairs and umbrella were not mentioned, but very much appreciated. Seeing all the people on the beach for the sunset was all you need to know about the community. Definitely will visit again.

A fabulous trip!

This is the second time my friends and I have stayed in these properties, and it does not disappoint! Right across the street from the beach, and with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Super comfy beds, and plenty of privacy. When I had a question about parking, it was answered very quickly (and was already answered if I would have read my welcoming email better!). My friend group is already making plans to come here again!

Manasota key stay

The property was absolutely perfect for our trip. We were in town for a two day tarpon fishing trip down road in Boca Grande. Little house with 3 bedrooms located almost in the middle of island between beach and bay. 2 min walk to each. Very clean , and comfy. Parking was tight but no big deal. Highly recommend if you need an affordable place and you don’t have to be on beach or bay front.

Great location

We came to fish boca grande and this place was perfect. 15 minutes away from the tarpon fishing and surrounded by good places to eat and have some cocktails. Everything you need. Nice, quiet, and the pool area was perfect!! Hope to come back next tarpon season

Beautiful Quiet Beach Cottage

This cottage was super cute and quiet. A decorator clearly had a hand in every inch of the place. This rental is professionally run with tons of little extras that make life so much easier when you're traveling like tons of ice in the freezer, a bottle of wine, specialty coffee pods and teas, and an assortment of sundries. This wasn't an issue for us, but the one bathroom is a jack and jill style between the master and second bedroom. So the only access for those in the third bedroom is through either the Master or second bedroom. Could be awkward depending on who you're traveling with. Small sacrifice for the location. The beach is a pleasant short walk. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent location and property-5 STARS!!!

This listing was absolutely 5 star rating. Not only did it have everything available, complimentary host items, plentiful towels, various dinnerware and cooking utensils. Everything was clean, updated and absolutely within either walking distance to the beach or close driving distance to restaurants and grocery. Needed one item and the response time was above average! She had the item to us within the hour. EXCELLENT!!! Will stay again!

Perfect spot

Came to Manasota Key for my 60th birthday. Casa Pina Colada was a quaint space for my husband, sister and nephew. Two minute walk to the beach. It rained over the weekend, so we used the heated spa/pool and took a drive to the Red Barn Flea Market. We really appreciated the guide book and daily texts with what to do in the area. We will be back

Christmas on Manesota Key

Great little place for holiday vacation:) The location was really perfect….. this house was a block from the beach ( perfect for coming back and forth for snack/bathroom breaks), and a very short car ride(several blocks) from awesome restaurants/main section of the beach ( with beach yoga/public changing rooms&bathrooms). The house was clean and well equipped with kitchen/bathroom/laundry equipment/sundries ….everything needed to get you started for your vacation. The host and property manager were very friendly and very responsive to any questions. We also really loved how close we were to so many other beaches on the coast perfect for shell/shark teeth hunting…. And boy did we find a lot🐚🐚🐚‼️

Amazing place!

This place is amazing there’s 3 bedrooms a twin bed, a full bed, a king bed, and a full bed again. It’s very updated and a cute area. The pool is heated and there’s kayaks and the grills. Amy was very responsive and accommodating when we needed. The ocean is very close! I would stay here again.

Quiet Retreat

This location is great. Neighborhood is clean and peaceful. Very short walk to either the bay or the beach. Property supplies any type of beach gear you may want and some you didn’t know you needed.

Great neighborhood nice sunsets

The four of us girls had a fantastic time… we watched the sunset every night and we were able to catch two sunrises and we went on a dolphin cruise with Captain Travis that was very lovely and very inexpensive. $25 a person. We saw bald eagles, 10 different kinds of birds, dolphins, black dolphins and gray dolphins. We use stumpy taxi to take us down to the sandbar one evening and had a great time. The taxi service is phenomenal you just give him a tip. He doesn’t charge anything it’s a golf cart ride and it’s just phenomenal was very nice of Greg to offer that service. It was a little chilly the last two days of our stay so we didn’t get to use the pool much. We did use it once and that was nice. Nice little area we shopped at some local shops and just really overall had a great time nice little villa we’ll be back again thank you so much for the conveniences that you offered.

Very easy walk to the beach or the bay. Close to great restaurants that you can drive or walk to if feeling adventurous 😀 Very easy area to drive around and find a lot of great beaches... Enjoyed our stay, albeit short!

Getaway to look for sharks teeth

We loved the area of the house, very quiet and relaxing. The pool is small but nice and quiet. We were within driving distance of all the surrounding beaches and shops. You are not within walking distance of Blind Pass beach where all the sharks teeth are, but only about 15 minutes. We will stay here again. The contact person was very helpful and kind.

Wonderful stay

Great location, wonderful place. Very quiet and relaxing. Just what we needed. Elena, the property manager, went well above the normal call of duty. She was just fantastic. Such a sweet person too. Will definitely be back!
