In addition to a prime canal-front location, you are also granted access to a private deeded beach access just steps away, a BBQ area with charcoal grills, a year-round heated outdoor pool (which is the best pool on the island), and ample boat docks for boats 22' and under only. You can also watch manatees from the shared laundry room while you take care of your clothes





When it's finally time to relax, you can retreat to your comfortable and beautifully appointed condo. Discover a coastal-themed open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one.
