PROPERTY IMPRESSIONS- We rented this property for 4 days and nights for the family of the bride to stay including husband and wife, brother in law and spouse, two daughters, and grandfather...- The backyard looks like you are seriously at an exclusive resort with jacuzzi, outdoor backyard bbq area, conversation fire place, and beautifully tropical themed plants and bushes and palm trees. The backyard is magnificent. - Kitchen is a very modern and well equipped kitchen w/ range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, & fridge with kitchen block and granite countertops. The property has a good supply of kitchen utensils as we cooked quite a bit during our stay to save money...- The bedrooms are all well decorated with modern luxurious wood furniture and impressive beachy decorations. - The property comes complete with towels for indoor and outdoor use as well as all of the other amenities you will need. THINGS TO CONSIDER...- This is definitely not a "party house". The house is located in a very quiet cul de sac in a residential neighborhood that enforces noise ordinances. - The listing is very clear about no more than 12 guests maximum. The neighborhood cannot handle extensive number of cars for parking guests.NXT VACATION MANAGEMENT met me on site for check in, did a walk through, and provided coffee, a bottle of wine, and some Madeline cookies as a welcome gift.
