John was an amazing host and communicated very well throughout booking and our stay. The property was clean and had a stocked kitchen (blender, crockpot, etc). We really enjoyed our time at the lake with our kids and would book again.

Love this house!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything you needed. Kids really enjoyed the ping pong table and the game room. John was an excellent host. Very communicative and was always available we had any questions. Definitely would come back again!

Enchanted weekend in Enchanted Oaks

I brought my family to the lake for July 4th weekend. We actually owned a home in Enchanted Oaks for many years. It is a great location but we knew that already. The best surprise was how amazing the house was and the host was incredible. The home had everything we could need from an impressively supplied kitchen to games and water toys for all ages. I really appreciate the thought this host put in to making sure guests would have everything needed. Great host!

Perfect Lakehouse for Family

We had a group of 11 stay for two nights. The property manager was very easy to work with and responded quickly when we had questions. The kitchen was fully stocked and the house had all the basic supplies you could need. Firewood was provided which was a big plus! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great House!

The house was great! It's on a big lot and the home is beautifully remodeled. Everything you would need is there - fully stocked kitchen. There are games, fun things to do and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. They even provide wood for the fire pit! It was a wonderful weekend stay and I highly recommend this home. The only unfortunate thing was the home is on a small channel off the main lake and with the lack of rain, it was empty. So you won't get beautiful lake views at this time - but, once it starts to rain and the lake fills back up - it would be a great and safe place for swimming and fun!

Simple Staycation in Cedar Creek/Gun Barrel City

Our stay was great. The property is fairly accurate to the pictures. We only had a few exemptions and some qualms. Exemptions: The water levels (which you are warned about ahead of time) and depth perception is bit off in the pics Qualms: Lack of blinds/privacy in the living room/kitchen. There were 6 of us (3 couples) at the property for 3 days/2 nights In late Sept. Upon driving up, google maps had us maybe 100 yds. short of the actual property. Once you enter the front door (code was provided for entry and is your only way of access for the property) you are at the middle of the staircase at level 1.5. The games room to your left and the door way into the bedroom with bunk beds to your right. Following the staircase up to level 2, to the right, the master bedroom and to the left, a second bedroom with a balcony. The master bedroom is large and could very easily accommodate more than just the king bed and the bathroom is also large with a well positioned tub by the window and a very large shower space (approx. 6x9), only issue with the shower space is there is no bench. The other bedroom on level 2 is pretty simple approx. 12x12 space rooms with 7x9 bathrooms with showers. On level 1, you will find the living room, the second queen bedroom and the kitchen(the best part). The Queen bedrooms are identical. Now the living room is good, large tv with a sectional and reclining couch on opposite sides with great floor to ceiling windows that let in all the natural light . However the living room has one critical flaw, there are NO BLINDS anywhere in the living room space. This meant by mid day when the sun was shining right in, there was about 30% of the room that's practically uninhabitable with how hot it got there, high ceilings (with a fan) and a great HVAC help, but sitting there for longer than 5 minutes and you would be sweating. This also meant at night, there was zero privacy past sundown as anyone could look directly into the property. Now moving past the living room a bench dining table divides the kitchen from the living room, sitting capacity of maybe 8 but additional chairs where provided nearby. The kitchen is great, the pictures capture it well. Laundry room is just past the kitchen and with access to the garage. Garage has inflatables and a ping pong table. Last part of the house is the patio and backyard both with seating and a fireplace. Still a 10/10 property and would look forward to coming again.

Great getaway!

This was a great getaway for our extended family! This is a split-level home with the bunk room and game room on the entry level. One bedroom is on the lower level on the opposite side of the house as the kitchen, with the living room in between. A bathroom is attached to the bedroom, but also has a hallway entrance. The master bedroom and the other queen bedroom are on the top floor. The master bedroom is very spacious and has an amazing bathtub along with a huge shower. The queen bedroom also has an en suite bathroom. There were plenty of water floats to go around, one single kayak and one double kayak. Two life jackets are also available. We really enjoyed the kayaks! Since the weather has been SO hot and dry, the water level in the cove was low. But we were still able to get in the kayaks and paddle a short ways to deeper water. There are plenty of trees on the property to provide shade where we sat and enjoyed the breeze. The kitchen is great and has almost everything you would need. We brought food and cooked all our meals at the house. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of plates, bowls, silverware, etc. SuperWalmart is only a 10 min drive away if you forget anything. The owner was very responsive prior to our stay and answered our many questions. They checked in during our stay and after as well. Would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway to the lake

This property worked out perfectly for our family's annual post Christmas get together. The house is renovated with all modern amenities. My daughter commented that the kitchen was set up exactly like she would set one up, and she is a chef. There was a foosball table and a pingpong table, but we spent most of our time outside around the fire pit relaxing and enjoying the nice weather. I even caught a nice sized catfish right off of the bank. The beds were very comfortable and the restrooms were set up nice. Communication was good with the property management and they were quick to respond. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.
