"Loved the heritage of the convent, the spaciousness of the accommodation, the beautiful garden, the location near Leura, the kitchen and the homeliness of the rooms with everything you could need, including a good library of books! Very comfortable. Downsides were the noise from the highway and the railway that had traffic and trains going all night. We had hoped for a quiet location. "

"Clean inside. BUT arriving at night, dark trip hazard in driveway, no sensor lights at door, so can't see lock box. Called owner for help - 3.5 hours later waiting outside, they charged me for their time to gain access. RUDE. Young renters on same property drinking and music all night long. Never ever stay here again."

"Such a beautiful place to stay. A great location and the house was lovely with everything you could ever need. The beds were like sleeping in fluffy clouds. The backyard was perfect for my dog; nice and secure. I loved sitting out the back with my coffee, listening to the birds and watching him explore the garden. Great communication from the host. I cannot recommend this place enough."

"The property was not clean - needs a good deep clean as it was not good enough for a holiday rental. The basin in the bathroom was not draining - my husband pulled this apart and it was clogged with hair (yuck)! The double bed mattress was rock hard and had a sleepless night and sore hips. We went and bought a mattress topper the next day so we could sleep. There is not enough comfortable seating for 4 people (1 x 2seater lounge only). The TV is impossible to use.
