    Recently extended and completely renovated, this five-bedroom home offers a bright, contemporary retreat for families and groups. Generous spaces and a huge kitchen-diner set the scene for relaxed socialising and meals together, while a landscaped garden provides a private spot for alfresco dining.



    Perfectly placed for exploring the coast, the house sits on Southbourne’s Main Road - convenient for easy access and just a 10 minute stroll to the peaceful Prinsted seafront and a few minutes’ drive to Emsworth Quay, Chichester and Portsmouth.

    The Neighborhood:

    Southbourne is a coastal village close to the small quay town of Emsworth, perfectly placed for exploring the best of West Sussex and Hampshire. There is a pub, co-op, farm shop and Chinese takeaway just on your doorstep, or wander a little further to discover the pretty harbour at Emsworth known for its waterside walks, independent cafés and seafood restaurants.



    Historic Chichester is just a short drive or train ride away, with its striking Cathedral, boutique shopping and year-round theatre scene. Head west for the maritime heritage and designer outlets of Portsmouth, or follow the coast east to the quaint village of Bosham, famed for its tidal quay and charming waterside lanes.



    Beach lovers can reach the sandy shores of West Wittering in around 30 minutes, while the rolling South Downs National Park offers endless walking and cycling routes. Whether you’re after coastal adventures, cultural days out or simple village charm, Southbourne is an ideal base for your Sussex getaway.



    Getting Around:

    You’ll have off-street parking at the house, making it easy to come and go at your own pace, and a car is the best way to explore the coast, countryside and nearby towns. Southbourne railway station is only a 7-minute walk, with regular trains to Chichester, Portsmouth, Brighton and even direct services to London, so day trips are simple whether you’re driving or travelling by rail.



    Other Things to Note:

    We are on hand 24/7 should you need anything during your stay, via messages and phone line (includes out of hours).



    This property is located adjacent to a road, so there is potential for noise in the front bedrooms. The glazing is new and does reduce the noise a lot.
