"Breakfast service was excellent although the choice of continental is very limited and poorer quality products. The room was clean but very much in need of updating. The mechanical ventilation system makes the bathroom really quite cold and the towel rail was on fully. Love the hotel and staff and always a great vibe so none of this would put me off staying again but I’d love to see the rooms modernised. "The accommodation is “Airb&b style”, so no service on site. However when I had a problem with access I got immediate attention on the phone. The room was reasonably clean, bedlinen and towels spotless. Shower, hot water etc. working fine, shower gel supplied, kettle available with plenty of tea and coffee.
