"Communication was far and in between sent several emails to try and get a 2hr earlier check in and never got a answer back. The lawn wasn’t mowed and all of the flower beds were in need of care alot of poison ivy in them and hanging in walk way. The boat dock was horrible spider and cobwebs everywhere and broken boards. The ac in the karaoke room didn’t cool well I called and was told it did. The house was nice and adequate on the inside."

"Our only complaint (besides driving through Dallas lol) was the dock is small ,uncovered and needs work but we were still able to catch some nice catfish from there and from the shore. The house is nice and comfortable with two decks and plenty of windows."

"We were in town for a wedding about 30 minutes away. This was a cute little place that allowed us to get ready before the wedding and stay after the wedding and sleep in. The MRCOOL kept the place perfectly cold! The mattress was great! We loved being able to have our morning coffee out in swings looking out over the beautiful view.
