"The view overlooking the lake is stunning! The chalet was very clean and had thoughtful touches. The location is perfect for exploring Thun, Interlaken and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. We enjoyed grocery shopping nearby and preparing a few meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We slept so well in the comfortable beds and the country quiet. The owner was very responsive and flexible. "Apartment is spacious with an open concept main area, 2 bedrooms and nice bathroom. Located on upper floor with one other apartment below. Beds and bedding are comfortable, kitchen is well-stocked, and bathroom has ample counter space and fluffy towels. Outdoor deck space looked lovely although rainy weather prevented us from enjoying it this visit. Apartment is a quick walk (5 minutes) to Interlaken Ost train station, and even shorter to bus stops. "We had a great stay. The jacuzzi is worth it. Great views, great flow. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking and spices in the pantry which was awesome. We were a family of 10, 5 adults, 5 kids age 8-12. We all fit comfortably and the kids had a blast on the tereace. Great access to Interlaken, Grindelwald, Lautenbrunnen. Restaurants and market close by. We would definitely stay again."

"We had a wonderful time at the apartment by Ms Baker. She was very responsive and provided all the details. The apartment was well-kept and clean when we arrived. I was amazed by the scenery and the location. There were issues with the beds at the apartment though. The main bedroom's bed was creaky and the bunk bed's slates even bent a lot and creaky (making it dangerous). - This is with normal-sized adults. This should be looked into and fixed. Also, there was no washer/dryer in the basement...

"The apartment is in a very convenient location- about 5 minutes walk from Interlaken West. There are a plethora of good restaurants within a few minutes' walk as well. Everything about the apartment was as advertised. The pictures are very representative of the apartment. Hot water and water pressure were both good, and the bed was very comfortable. Check-in was easy, Glen provided clear instructions. The apartment was very clean. Be aware that there is some noise from the number of restaurants...

"We are family of 9, got 2 rooms with 2 bedrooms each. Spacious, clean, quiet and the full kitchen was very convenient. The view on the terrace was amazing. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was available for us. One thing, no available guest service after 9 so be mindful not to misplace your key cards. It happened to us, luckily we had another room to spend the night. But otherwise everything was great and we would come back again."

"Claude and Joelle do an excellent job communicating and the directions left in the room for anything you could imagine was included. Very close to public transportation. Although I would not suggest 3 people stay in the room due to the size, it was a very clean room, just a bit small for 2 people and 2 large suitcases. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the pillows are very flimsy, even using 2 at a time they were not very supportive. Overall I would definitely stay there again. "

"You must have a phone or internet in order to check in. Very inconvenient for international travelers. There is no reception. No one physically present. Internet was an issue during the stay. On and off (mostly off) during the whole stay. Best bed ever. We had a twin and requested a change to king. It was fine immediately. The mattress topper was amazing. Excellent linen and pillows. Room was good though there were some minor finishing touches. "
