"To begin with, they give you a number in case you have a problem talking to the receptionist, then you talk to him and as if it weren't with him, he doesn't answer you, you explain the reasons and he just forgets that you are talking to him. They don't clean the rooms, there are cockroaches everywhere, it's a complete disaster, I don't want anyone to sleep there."

"There is no checkin reception & you need to self checkin with a code which i was never informed, The room service was pathetic & they informed its only available from 10 am - 6 pm & was not provided the basic water service in the room, the wifi was the poorest i have ever seen, after requesting for improving it there was no response & i requested to get the router placed in the room which never happened. "

"Die Wohnung, die Aussicht und dass es einen privaten Strand hat fanden wir sehr gut. Jedoch gab es für ein Gebäude, dass 45 Stockwerke besitzt nur 12 Sonnenliegen am Strand, was nicht nachvollziehbar war. Es gab jegliche Diskussionen von anderen Besuchern mit dem Strandpersonal, dass dafür null verantwortlich war. Des Weiteren war in der Wohnung nur der Staubsauger zu beanstanden, weshalb wir die Wohnung in den 2W nicht saugen konnten. "

"Apartment is absolutely stunning. Bedrooms are all good sizes, bathrooms modern and beautifully done. Fantastic location right on West Beach, with lots of beach clubs nearby. 5 min walk to mall with lots of shops, including supermarkets. Access to the swimming pool, the whole complex, with an Asian and Australian restaurants, a beach side café and restaurant, valet parking... difficult to ask for more.
