    Comfortable beds (1 king, 1 queen, and a bunk bed with a trundle, with 1 twin & 2 full size mattresses), additional queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The home has all new updated decor and furnishings, brand new appliances, and impeccably clean.

    The local property management company, Key Montana, will also be sending a rental agreement to be signed upon booking, and we are here for any questions you may have.

Peaceful Paradise

This property was PERFECT!!! Everything from the booking to the house to the location was just right. It exceeded our expectations in every way. We cannot say enough good thing about this place. We will definitely be going back.

Wonderful

The house was very clean and communication was great. The house has wonderful views with large windows in every room. It is not far from the entrance to Yellowstone which was nice. Fishing was not great at the house due to drop into the river but there were places nearby to go. It was a wonderful week for our first trip to Yelllwstone!

We absolutely loved watching the sunrises and sunsets through all the windows and were for perfect animal watching too. The landscape surrounding the house is beautiful, our pictures turned out amazing! We can’t wait to visit again!

Picture perfect

What a view! This is what you picture when you think of Montana. The home is beautiful and spacious. Large windows give panoramic views throughout the house. We visited in the winter and the cozy fireplace works great to keep everyone warm in the cold. Plenty of space for a large family. We used the fully equipped kitchen and propane grill on the porch to cook almost all our meals. The kids loved watching the bunnies run around outside. We frequently spotted deer on the property. The home right on the Yellowstone River. Close access to YNP and lots of nearby lakes and rivers to explore. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

12 Nights in Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Osprey acres was perfect! The weather was warmer than usual, so we got to spend much more time outside enjoying nature. We also tried more of the local restaurants than on our last trip. We enjoyed The Old Saloon and The Outpost. The house is equipped with everything needed to make life easy. The views are stunning and can be seen from every angle! This is our second stay here, and we are looking forward to returning for another visit! I would highly recommend this place. In fact, based on pictures I posted of our trip, 2 friends have already asked for rental details! It is a little further out from access to the Park, but we love the privacy and serenity.

Everything was provided to make this feel like our home away from home. We grilled out and enjoyed the spacious deck. It was an easy drive into Yellowstone National Park, and we made the trip about 4 times. There were deer and lots of birds to entertain us in the evenings. All in all, we couldn’t think of anything that would have made the house and location any better, except for the flooding, which was a once-in-a-hundred year flood.

Perfect picturesque New Years

Our stay was magical. One day we just stayed in the house and enjoyed the panoramic views from all the floor to ceiling windows. They house had everything we could have needed and the beds/bedding were better than home (I now want the mattress from the master). We had deer and elk in the yard as well as a bald Eagle perched near by. The location was close to Yellowstone and only 45 mins from Bozeman, but still so secluded for that magical winter wonderland experience with breathtaking views of the mountains. We spent one day just driving around the surrounding area seeing all the wildlife. We can’t wait to go back.

Thanksgiving trip

The home was beautiful and spotless! We loved having a fireplace! We had just enough room in the kitchen to fix a thanksgiving meal with our family. The location is lovely!! We would definitely stay here again!

The fishing was fun right out the door. Yellowstone is a half hour drive away south and Livingston is a half hour north. It was hard to want to leave the house it was so nice. The rental company was great and answered all our questions immediately.

Great House, Great Location. Tranquility with Access.

A well-appointed house on the banks of the Yellowstone River, eagles and ospreys soaring over, a mule deer family cruising through the yard 1-2 times daily, Emigrant Peak rising above. Great glass windows bring the expansive views of River and mountains inside! Kitchen one of the best equipped and supplied that we’ve found, beds quite comfy. Location perfect for easy access to Rt. 89 and for reaching Yellowstone NP, Livingston, even Bozeman, while proving rural peace. Five Star!

Wonderful!

This home is fantastic! It was impeccably clean, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The cozy robes were a nice bonus and the kids enjoyed the toys and games. We caught dinner out back from the river and saw lots of wildlife on the property. We have stayed at many homes throughout Paradise Valley and this one is by far the overall best!

Great view

Very convenient to Yellowstone 1/2 hour away. Great view from every window Deer grazing in yard everyday. Well stocked house. Very relaxing.

Beautiful house

Our family of four stayed here for a week. It was absolutely fabulous. Right on the Yellowstone River, deer in the yard, eagles flying up and down the river, river otters swimming by. It's about 25 minutes to the north entrance of Yellowstone but the drive is super scenic and takes no time at all. The house was well equipped and very clean. The beds were very comfortable as well. We would definitely stay again.

Incredible Property!

Osprey Acres is a great property with an amazing location. I loved sipping coffee on the deck watching the sun rise over the mountains. While the river is fast, we were able to pull several trout out of the slower areas. Kids loved exploring the expansive property and watching the deer. Easy access to Yellowstone and Livingston. Highly recommend!

Paradise found in Paradise Valley

What a vacation! This property offered EVERYTHING we needed: comfort, cleanliness, location, location, location, views, stocked with EVERYTHING, comfortable beds... the list goes on and on. We are already checking dates for a winter get-away and we wouldn't even think to stay anywhere else. Thank you to the Property Management Team for being so accessible with quick answers to our questions! Great job!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Osprey Acres house was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and exceptionally well equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, towels, linens, etc. This was a perfect location for nine days of peaceful relaxation and quick access to restaurants, groceries, and fun activities. In addition to a Snow Cat tour of Yellowstone National Park, we enjoyed Yellowstone Hot Springs, the Museum of the Rockies, Montana Grizzly Encounter, Montana's Rib and Chop House, fly fishing, and hiking in nearby areas. Expansive windows provide magnificent views of the Yellowstone River and surrounding mountains without leaving the house. Mule deer visited the backyard daily, and we frequently saw ospreys, magpies, and bald eagles. We plan to book another trip to Osprey Acres and highly recommend it. We frequently stay in Airbnb rentals in various states and other countries, and this house is the best ever!

Stunning views! The pictures on the website don’t lie!

The management company was outstanding and the hospitality app made everything so easy. The house was meticulous and the property so well-maintained. We appreciated the house being stocked with all essentials and knowing that there were extra paper products on hand and things of that nature . Stunning views from every part of the house and property. The pictures really do not do the property justice!

Beautiful Location

We recently spent a week at this home on Yellowstone River and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The home was lovely, well kept and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the views of the river and mountains. Everyday we saw lots of wildlife. Communication with Deena from the management company was easy and always quick to respond.
