Because we are located in such a rural area we don’t have trash pick up. On your way to the park, there are big green trash bins on the right hand side.,
On your way to Chico Hot Springs resort at the turn off off of E. River Rd. There are big green cans for trash there as well. Please help care for our townhome.

So comfortable!

Very nice! Comfortable, clean and had everything you might need! We didn’t need it in May but really nice to know the bedrooms have AC when it’s warm. And beautiful mountains everywhere! We would stay again!

Wonderful Trip

I looked for a nice place, not expensive and not too far from the park. I was not disappointed when we found this gem! It's a lovely inviting home with gorgeous views and just a relaxing atmosphere but still close that we went to Yellowstone everyday! Fantastic hosts and super easy check in/out process! I would highly recommend and hope to stay here again the next time we visit the park!

Absolutely wonderful!

Lisa is wonderful to work with! The townhouse is so very well stocked, all of the basics are there! It was spotlessly clean. It is located in a very small, quaint town about 30 minutes from the north entrance to Yellowstone, about 2 hours from Old Faithful. The Albertson’s grocery that they recommend is about 25 miles north on the highway and is a full grocery store with everything that you need. The kitchen is easy to work in and we loved the large farmhouse table for seating the 5 of us for meals. There is not central air conditioning. The main floor stays fairly cool. We found that turning on the window unit in the master bedroom and making use of the 3 fans to move the air when we got back at dinnertime worked very well for making the upstairs bedrooms cool during the warm weather (84F days) that we were there. Keep the curtains closed (as suggested) during the day while you are out and about.We were able to turn the a/c off when going to bed and it was comfortable for sleeping. The beds are all comfortable, the washer and dryer are a great plus to any rental!

Everything was great with making the arrangements, additional help from Lisa with a Pack and Play unit, check in and operation of everything while we were there. There were plenty of items like spices and seasonings to make any meal preparation a snap. Very well located and very quiet!

Love Emigrant!

Let me say that when I was looking for a place to stay that would be a home base for our Montana vacation, we lucked out finding Emigrant. The town is super charming with an amazing view of mt Emigrant that was hard to leave. So close to Bozeman, Yellowstone and Chico hot springs. Lisa and Rudy’s place was charming, comfortable and well thought out. It had everything that you might need. Lisa was a delight to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Montana.
