Host was very responsive to questions before and after booking. The home was in a perfect location and the main living area views of ocean was wonderful in spite of the recently built larger home oceanfront. We endured rain all but one day but looking out at the ocean was so relaxing. The kitchen was amazing and well stocked for our cooking during our stay. The beds were most comfortable and rooms although smaller in size were very esthetically pleasing and adequate for adults since we spend little time in our rooms. The location of the duplex couldn’t be better for enjoying all Emerald Isle has to offer.

Beautiful home with incredibly comfortable king size beds and great showers. The kitchen had everything you would need. Huge tables with a view of the ocean made for wonderful meals. Access to the beach is just steps away and you can walk or bike to all EI has to offer, fantastic location.

An absolute gem with a perfect location. Our first stay on Emerald Isle and the location was wonderful, direct beach access across the street, perfect, quiet street for running and walking, and close proximity to Flip Flop Donuts for a morning treat. The home was beautifully decorated and kept along with super comfy beds. It was a perfect stay for our family and we fell in love with Emerald Isle - the beach, water, sand....just beautiful.

Beautiful Views and Home

Gorgeous home, super clean, great kitchen and amazing views - I would highly recommend this place. Easily ride bikes around the island and to the grocery store and restaurants, good parking, nice neighborhood super easy beach acces - within walking distance.

Perfect place to reset, rewind and reconnect

This is our 2nd year staying at this rental. It is nestled on quiet street with views and sounds of the ocean. The minute we walk in - the stress of the holidays and the traffic from driving all disappear. The house is beautifully decorated and has a very welcoming feel. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to make a big dinner with family. The towels and bedding were high end. It is our favorite place to gather our young adult children to spend some quality family time.

Great place by the water

Beautiful home and view with close access to the beach and town. We Enjoyed a nice walk in the sand and lunch at the pier. Great martini bar around the corner. Property is well appointed with everything you’ll need. My only challenge was with the coffe maker, but that was my fault, I didn’t see the power button located on the lower right 😉

Fantastic getaway!

This property only requires YOU! We have vacationed at EI for 30 years, and stayed at multiple rentals, this one ranks at the top! All essentials are provided and so many extras. Top notch kitchen, with everything you need/want, right down to spices! Bathrooms and bedrooms also top of the line from bedding to shampoos and soaps. Quiet location, steps to a shady beach access. Beach chairs and extras also included. You can stop searching all the endless rentals, this is the ONE!!

Great House, Great Location

We spent a relaxing week at this property and we were really sad to leave. The house is very clean, beautifully appointed, and close to stores, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. My husband enjoyed twice daily walks on the beach and we both enjoyed dinners from Surf’s Up Grill and coffee and donuts from Flip Flops Donut Shop. Very friendly people in Emerald Isle! We loved every minute and will be back again to this great house.

Perfect Getaway!

My family spent a restorative and relaxing month at Paige's house. The house is beautifully decorated and appointed. We loved spending time in the house and we especially enjoyed the view from the kitchen and living room areas. We cooked in most nights and appreciated how well stocked the kitchen is. And we took full advantage of the ice machine! We had 3 generations of family stay with us, including grandparents and a 9 year old child. Everyone was very comfortable and had plenty of space to spread out. We spent most days at the beach, which is a short walk (less than 5 minutes) from the house. The beach was relaxing and not over-crowded at all! The week of Fourth of July was the busiest while we were there and even then, there was plenty of space to spread out. There were a few very nice beach chairs, boogie boards and kids toys in the garage that we enjoyed using during our stay. Communication with Paige was outstanding. She is by far the best host we've worked with! We are still talking about how great our vacation was and wishing that we were still at Paige's beach house! If you're on the fence about renting this property - do it! You won't be disappointed!
