"A Swell Life" checks all of the boxes! The condo was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was amazing. Awesome view of the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation, and will definitely book again!

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic time at “A Swell Life” on the Beach! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the sand and close to everything we needed. The host was welcoming. The pool was clean and relaxing, a perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach. Would definitely come back again!

Excellent!

This was a perfect location for us. The view of the ocean is wonderful, which was really beneficial because two of the days had record high temps and no breeze on the beach, but we were still able to enjoy seeing the water from inside. The balcony is also fantastic. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well equipped with kitchen items, etc. The owners were great with communication. It was very clean. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Exactly what you see in the pictures.

This is exactly what is described in the description. A spacious ocean front view condo. Beds are comfy but if you are particular, bring your favorite pillow. Things that could make your stay more convenient to know ahead of time: bring your own trash bags, TP, dishwasher detergent, and cleaning supplies, and bigger bath towels (if you care).Nothing extra is provided. The bed blankets are very very light. If someone likes cold A/C in your family and you don't, pack some extra blankets because there are no extras in the closets except one for the pullout couch. The living room couch isn't overly comfortable, but hopefully you aren't spending a lot of time on the couch. This condo is super convenient to everything. Bring your bikes!There is an elevator to bring your supplies up to the condo. The owners were responsive to our needs and exceeded our expectations. I would stay here again.

Beautiful view

The view was gorgeous! There was plenty of room to move around. We loved being so close to the beach! It was definitely worth the price for the view. The cons to the place were that there was none of the usual necessities that generally come with a unit. There was no toilet paper, no beach towels. The floors in the bedrooms and bathrooms were covered in sand when we got there and some of the outdoor furnishings were so rusted that we were scared to use them. The owners were very good at communicating and were very accommodative of our needs for check out.

Hosts are great, very responsive and helpful. The place is great, spacious, modern, all the amenities and close to the beach. Wrap around balcony is GREAT! The public access next to the complex it’s actually a big plus because there lifeguards and access to a couple of beach volleyball courts which is great when you have 2 teenage boys. Location is perfect too!Just FYI, the pool is tiny, not great, but that’s not a reflection on the hosts. It’s almost like it would be better not to even advertise it’s there.

Easy access and responsive owners made for a good move-in. The unit was family friendly - we were traveling with small children. Very clean, perfect location for us. Ocean front unit. Exactly what we were looking for.

Wonderful vacation!

We loved our time at A Swell Life and wish it could have been longer. The condo is very clean, spacious and well stocked. The couch, recliners and beds are very comfortable. We had great views of the ocean from indoors and out. Spending time on the wraparound balcony was so enjoyable. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay at Queen's Court!

Amazing

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. I have all positive things to say. The condo has everything you could need. It is well stocked with kitchen gadgets, linens, etc. I would 100% stay there again. The amenities like the pool, basketball courts, putting green are all in amazing shape and were very fun for us and the kids. The property is even more beautiful in person. Honestly I don’t think the photos do it justice at all. This is one of the best beaches I’ve ever been to. We will definitely be back one day.

Just Perfect

“A Swell Life” was perfect in every way! We had 4 adults but more could have stayed. Location was wonderful with restaurants and grocery very close. Easy access to the beautiful beach with no stairs. The views from the condo are absolutely amazing! Sitting on the swing looking at the ocean was priceless! The balcony had many seating options which was wonderful. The condo was clean and well stocked. The owners were wonderful to work with! Highly recommend! Thanks for sharing you beautiful place!

A swell vacation!

A clean, well equipped condo with a large deck. Great views and a short walk to the beach. Lots of amenities in the complex: pool, volleyball courts, cornhole and a picnic area with charcoal grills.

Great Family Vacay!

Great location, with amazing views. Very quiet complex with great communication from owners before and during check in! Very helpful information available at the place. Beaches are gorgeous and calm. Really clean, spacious condo in great location

We had a great stay at A Swell Life. The condo is extremely clean and has many updates. Great location-only a few steps from the unit to the beach and the complex is located near many restaurants and 2 grocery stores. Loved that we could play pickleball as well. The unit does face the beach access and a small community pavilion so you may get some noise into the evening (until quiet hours at 10pm) but the condo’s windows block most of the noise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this unit again!

Spacious Condo with Amazing Views

Really great place. Proximity to parking, the elevator, and the beach made it super convenient. Very spacious - larger than some rental houses/duplexes we've stayed in. The corner location and wrap-around deck provided amazing views. Good furniture, comfy beds, and adequately stocked kitchen with quality appliances, pans, etc. We actually appreciated that the condo wasn't overcrowded with excess furniture or full of a bunch of crappy kitchen stuff like in most rentals. Also appreciated the laundry room and full-size washer and dryer. We found it exactly as advertised and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Well Appointed Spotless!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Michael was so helpful with our check-in as we were tired from driving all day and it was dark upon our arrival- texted us to make it easy to find our way to the elevator. There are so many personal touches in this condo that you feel right at home. It is the best equipped kitchen I have had the pleasure of using while renting a beach property!
