"Great stay at Ramada Diplomat Windham. Staff was very friendly, accommodating, and the room was excellent. Comfortable beds. Easy access, and underground free parking a Bonus. Short drive to Parliament Buildings, restaurants. War Memorial. Would stay here again when back in Canberra. Robert"

"It was unclear until we checked in that there wasn't a hotel restaurant but that it was a shared venue. At check-in we didn't receive any help with our luggage despite me being a solo mother with a young child. We repeatedly only received one face washer in the bathroom. I asked for an additional one on the second day but when the rooms were cleaned on the third day again we received only one face washer. No idea why!"

"Buena opción en Canberra. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y silenciosas. Cada día que no pides renovar las toallas te dan 10$ australianos para canjear en el restaurante anexo al propio hotel. Creo que deberían reembolsarlo como opción si no quieres consumir en ese restaurante. Saludos. "

"Very spacious and clean apartment. Very friendly staff. I thought I asked for parking but I didn't and the parking was a bit of a problem around the hotel. But the hotel apartment itself was wonderful and met our expectations. "

Very close to Woden Shopping Centre (which has Coles, Woollies, Hoyts movie theatre & lots of shops) and the Hellenic Club, lots of food choices nearby. Bedroom: 4/5. Bed was firm, very comfortable. Side tables with lamps on both sides. Room very dark at night. Limited hanging storage. Had iron & (small) ironing board. Staff: 4/5. Good. Assisted with extending stay...
