Another fabulous stay at the cottage
We have stayed at this cottage so many times, it feels like home! We come up to Elysburg twice a year (once for Knoebels and once for the Covered Bridge Festival) and would not even consider staying anywhere else. Steve is fantastic to deal with - very responsive to all communications. The cottage itself is wonderful - all the amenities of home. And the back yard area is amazing with the pavilion for outdoor dining or just relaxing and visiting. There is also a patio right off the back door for morning coffee rain or shine. I highly recommend this cottage - you will not be disappointed!!!!

Family fun
We loved this place so close to the park. Awesome back area for hanging out. The place was so clean and comfortable. One recommendation would be a queen bed in the main bedroom the bed was slightly small, but very comfortable . We will definitely be back.

Excellent Second Stay
My family loves this cottage. It has all the amenities we could ever want, and it's a short walk to Knoebels park. The house is always in great condition and Steve has been a wonderful host. We look forward to staying here again in the years to come.

Absolute Perfection
We have stayed at this cottage so many times it is literally like our second home. We are NEVER disappointed. It has so much going for it, I could write a novel - its proximity to Knoebel's, the pavillion for dining or just hanging out, the back porch/patio for morning coffee, the home itself which is so inviting and comfortable. I can honestly say that we enjoy staying at the cottage as much as going to the park. It's wonderful after a day at the park to come home to such luxury. Our host, Steve, is wonderful. Always a pleasure to deal with him. We have never had a single issue when staying at the cottage but I can guarantee if there was a problem, his response would be rapid and it would be resolved as soon as possible. I very highly recommend this cottage - you will love it as much as my family does!!

Best way to explore Knoebels park
The cabin had everything we needed and super close and convenient to the park. It was a 2 min walk to the rides and food inside the park. When the rides closed we had a great time sitting out back with a fire and hanging out.

Fun Family Time
We were very pleased with the location of the home and such close proximity to the park. With two small children, it was great to know we could be back at the house in just a few minutes, whether it be for a snack break, nap time, or to find refuge from the rain we encountered on Saturday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home, which was fully furnished and included so many amenities we weren't expecting. Had there not been an amusement park close by, the children would have been happy to spend their time playing in the back patio/picnic area. The adults enjoyed hanging out there too. Thanks for allowing us a long weekend at Knoebels and for the memories made.

Fabulous Cottage
My family and I have been enjoying this cottage for years. We stay twice a year - once in the summer for Knoebel's and once in October for the covered bridge festival. We have NEVER been disappointed - not once. Improvements are constantly being made on what we considered a perfect cottage already. We have stayed so much that it really feels like home. Steve is wonderful and super responsive to all messages. There are no words to express how much we love this cottage. Highest recommendation!! You won't regret it for a second :)

A Family Favorite
We have returned to the cottage many times and are so comfortable there. All of the updates and upgrades were a very nice surprise this year! If you are headed to Knoebels for a few days, this is the BEST place to stay!

Knoebels Cottage
This cottage has everything you need for a wonderful time at Knoebles. The park is a very short walk from the cottage and the outdoor pavilion makes for a great place to relax after a day at the park. The property is well cared for inside and out. We definitely will return to this cottage again!

Amazing cottage within a short walking distance to the park
This cottage is a rare gem, and Steve was a great host. The cottage features several amazing amenities, and it is within short walking distance to the park. We could make the walk with a stroller and our two young children. The accomodations were very clean and everything worked as expected. I can't wait to stay at this property again. I felt that we got a lot for your money.

Closest We've Ever Stayed to Knoebels!
The home was exactly as described and perfect for our family! My family has been coming to Knoebels for over 20 years and this is the closest we've ever stayed to the park, even closer than when we stay at the campground! The house was clean and comfortable and it was very easy to communicate with the owner. We would definitely stay here again!

Location is perfect for an enjoyable family retreat at Knoebel’s. Explored the area more and found lots of treasures to ensure a most definite return. Steve was a joy from start to finish. Look forward to a return visit!

Best Accommodation in Elysburg
Before we found this cottage, we stayed at many different locations in and around Elysburg. None of them can hold a candle to this cottage. It is absolute perfection and we have not stayed anywhere else since we discovered it. I have lost count of how many times we have stayed here - it is at least ten times and maybe more. We stay twice a year - once in the Summer for a Knoebel's vacation and once in the Fall for the Covered Bridge Festival. We have never been disappointed in "our" cottage. Walking in the door always feels just like coming home. The amenities are amazing - you could come here to stay and never leave the cottage and still have a fabulous vacation. If you are looking for premium accommodations within walking distance of Knoebel's and within an easy distance of other attractions, stop your search. This cottage has it all!!! And your host, Steve, is incredible - very responsive to messages and requests. Although I've never met him in person, I feel like we are friends because he is so very nice. Take my advice and give this cottage a try - I guarantee you will not regret it!!!

Amazing Location
I can’t recommend this house enough. The location is literally a 3 minute walk into Knoebels. The back area with fire pit is Ana amazing way to spend time after leaving the park each night. I loved that fire wood was also available included. I will be renting this place again next year.

Home Away From Home
I have stayed at this cottage so many times, I have lost count. I cannot express how much this cottage means to me and my family. It truly does feel like home when we step through the door. I could go on and on about the property - which is incredible, the cottage - also fantastic, the cottage's location - super close to Knoebel's but yet still an extremely peaceful refuge, and I absolutely cannot rave enough about Steve, the property owner. Rather than doing that, I will just say that if you are considering staying at this cottage, do not hesitate. Make those reservations!! This cottage rents out quickly - you don't want to miss out. Check out my other reviews and you will see I have nothing but good to say about this property and its owner.

We were greeted by the owners with friendly smiles. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and 5 kids to sleep comfortably. The outdoor area was amazing for relaxing after a day at the park. It was awesome to be able to walk a few steps and enter the park.

Peaceful Retreat
Our family had a great time on our getaway at the cottage! Steve was extremely helpful in ensuring that we had everything we needed for our stay and kept an open line of communication. The cottage was appointed very well and extremely clean. We (4 adults, 2 teenagers) had everything we needed. The outdoor amenities: firepit, porch swings,/chairs, games, and pavilion made our return from the park quite enjoyable and relaxing. Our booking was seamless, and Steve was accommodating and courteous. We recommend renting from Steve without hesitation.

Excellent property!
My family and I stayed here while we were in town for a wedding. It worked out well for all the age ranges that we had with us. Bathroom is a little bit small, but it has some updates to it. It was immaculately clean which is on the top of my list. The only thing I found was crumbs in the pantry. We were very pleased overall! Owner is great about communication. He offered us an early check-in, and even a late check out, but we did not need the late check-out.

Amazing cottage right next to Knoebels
Honestly, I wanted to spend most of my time at the cottage instead of Knoebels Amusement Park, that's how much I loved it. The cottage itself is roomy with a big living room and kitchen plus 3 nice bedrooms. All the conveniences of home! But that backyard is Amazing! The fire pit, the pavilion and swing area...it's so peaceful. Steve was a great host, super responsive and made things so easy for us on our family vacation. Cottage was super clean and organized and less than a 5 minute walk to Knoebels. Will be one of our go-to spots for future trips!

The best place to stay
This was our second year at this property and we love it. It is plenty big enough for our family of seven. The outdoor space is so peaceful and relaxing, you will not be disappointed. And when it says just steps to Knobels, they mean litterly steps. You never have to get in your car. The owner, Steve, is very accommodating and gets back to you promptly. This is a must stay cottage.

Perfect Cabin
This cabin is everything one would want for a stay near Knoebels. Very clean, close to all the attractions and an accommodating owner & property manager. The outside pavilion area is phenomenal... always something to do during rain or shine. Definitely would book this cabin before any others in this area.

Comfortable stay at a great location
Steve and Cathy were great hosts. The place was clean and had everything we needed to make the most out of the park and the golf course nearby. There's plenty of parking and the backyard area is awesome. Inside is comfortable and bigger than it looks in the pictures. In all, this place was great and I highly recommend.
