Casas de vacaciones privadas en Elverta

"Clean, comfortable and quiet property less than 1 mile from the Aquatic Center. Lots of space for 4 people. AC worked great. Peaceful neighborhood. Owner is very responsive to questions (usually replies within a couple of minutes) and very clear about rules/expectations. I give this property my highest recommendation and would love to stay here again!!"

"I loved the space! Super spacious and in a nice neighborhood. Oksana is an amazing host and communicates very well! Super great place"

"The interior of the property was recently remodeled and was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and had all of the comforts of home. "

"The house was beautiful with more than enough space. The host was very responsive when it came to messaging back n fourth. It was easy to check in and out. Can’t wait to book again for the next get together. The backyard was everything and more. Pool very nice. Next time I’m bringing my dogs so they can have fun in the yard. Notes everywhere to explain how to operate things in the house. See you all again soon!!!"

"House is roomy and clean. Large living room and good size back yard. Safeway supermarket very close. Would stay here again."

"In the area for a family wedding. Was perfect for our group to allow us to be together if we wanted to or retreat to our rooms for some down time. Lovely home and would stay here again in the future. "

"The home was quaint, bright, modern, with up to date appiances. It was very clean. I gave it 4 stars on cleanliness only because there's a strong smoke odor throughout that was attempted to be masked by air freshener. Fortunately, we spent very little time in it due to family activities in the area. If I come back, I probably won't stay here again. Host was appropriately communicative."

"Carpets were very stained, no hand soap was provided. Shower door in guest bathroom would not open/close correctly."

"The listing says “Whitter Luxery Home” but we were very disappointed in the experience we had. Upon arrival on a 104 degree day, we discovered that air conditioning was off, and it was 84 degrees inside the house. We notified the host of this and that it was still 80 degrees inside at 10pm. The host verbally shrugged and said it’s fine OUTside. Apart from that, there were many small things that added up to anything but a luxury experience. The front and back yards were overgrown with weeds. The...

"Overall the stay was fine.Check in went really smooth.Bedding and towels were clean. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. The disappointment was that we saw a review that had pictures of the BBQ on the back porch and it was filthy dirty. So we contacted Johnny five a week before our stay and asked for it to be cleaned before we arrived. To our disappointment it was not clean or in working order. But overall, our stay in the house was fine and comfortable."
