Habíamos estado en otros Marriott y fue una gran experiencia, aquí no te atienden bien, el hotel es un laberinto, y nadie te explica por dónde ir, ni te ayudan con las maletas, tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran de cuarto,las alfombras no son cómodas para llevar las maletas, el personal del bar ...

Disappointed not to have a twin room that I specifically requested at time of booking as was travelling with my grown up son. Was told 100% full on arrival (nearly midnight) but that there was a sofa bed in room. Got in there and that wasn’t made up and didn’t look fit to take a 6ft man or be comfortable ...
