"We switched to our 3 rd room only because we prepaid thru Expedia and could not get a refund. Our first room lost hydro so they moved us to a second room and we found a carpet beetle on the bed. They said we could go elsewhere but they could not give us a refund and it was after 8 at night so we were upgraded to a suite. In all 3 rooms the beds were indented on both sides of the beds they need new mattresses I bet in all the rooms. We have stayed here before years ago with no problems but it...

"You get what you pay for. Found a 1/2 eaten croissant behind the tv. Under the floor lamp was dirty. It was cheap and the beds were ok. Air conditioner worked well which was the biggest blessing. Stayed one night. Tim Hortons was right next door so walked there for breakfast."
