"Room was clean, staff very helpful and responsive. Included breakfast had a range of options. Due to family activities, we did not get to use the pool, but looked very clean and inviting. Beds are quite firm. AC worked very well. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in town visiting family."

"This used to be a great hotel just few years ago. I've stayed here on many occasions on my trips to Ghana. Heard its under a new management and they are doing a poor job maintaining this facility. Pros: -The staff I met were friendly as always. Their old manager used to engage with the customers and sometimes will request to join you for breakfast. Customers really looked forward to that. The staff was very attentive to our needs from the couple’s massage to a member of staff traveling to pick up my order for flowers. Food was always delicious and the grounds were clean as well. "Receptionist asked me for payment when I tried to check out. He put me on hold for a while just to confirm. I wonder why when I had already made payments days before coming there and yet he put me through such stress. "

"What an awful experience,where do I start? A few days before my trip I contacted the property. The owner first said he couldn't host me because he was fully booked and asked me to cancel the reservation. After a few exchanges he said he could host me if I booked directly with him (at a higher price than what I had booked). At that time I could no longer cancel my reservation without paying any fee so, after he said he wouldn't respect my reservation I reported the issue to Expedia. Not so happy...
