"Week of riding OZ trails, 4 guys and their bikes. House was clean had all the amenities needed. Beds were very comfortable. The host (Mit) was always available to sort out any issues or concerns. Would definitely stay there again. We’ve been to Bentonville for the riding half a dozen times, we really like this location for access to highway 49 so we could venture further afield to ride all the great trails NWA has to offer. Price was also very good. The whole crew was very happy with the place....

"This was exactly as advertised. Beautiful setting, very quiet, clean house, great communication. We had 4 adults and there was more than enough space for all of us. Far enough from the city to feel like you’re getting away, but close enough if you want to spend time there. You will not be disappointed with this place. "

"Had an issue with cabin upon arrival, but host addressed and resolved as quickly as possible. Beautiful view and easy access to lake. Great location in a cove, put SUPs on water from shoreline. Cooked most meals and spent most of our time at the cabin/on the lake. Day trip to Eureka Springs and Little Golden Gate Bridge. We would stay again "

The property is absolutely stunning, private and magical. We enjoyed restful nights in, beautiful sunsets while grilling on the fabulous deck and only a short drive from many hot spots like Fayetteville & Eureka Springs. We felt we got a great value and would absolutely recommend this host and this stay."

"Beautiful home and views. Well stocked, clean and comfortable. Pictures don't capture how spacious the living and kitchen areas are. Enjoyed bird watching and spotted a few does with fawns in the neighborhood. Especially enjoyed views of the sunset and moonlight reflecting off the cliffs across the lake. :-) Hope to return again!"

"The house was very homey and comfortable except for the beds. It was clean and nothing was lacking. The master bedroom had a full size bed which I wasn’t expecting. However, that was my oversight and my fault for not asking. The mattress was comfortable though.
