"It's in a perfect location. The view from the place is spectacular. Close to everything we wanted to do. The only thing that we thought it needed were wash cloths for the bathrooms and it should state clearer that the firepit is across the road. "The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice with the balcony. I wasn’t a fan of the contemporary art work but that is my taste. The bathroom was nice with a nice walk-in shower but no exhaust fan in the bathroom. This caused the mirror to fog up which was a little inconvenient. The beds were comfortable. It is within a short walk to downtown and Charlevoix’s beautiful park overlooking Round lake. "
