"We paid for early check in at 1pm, we arrived at 1:30 and the room was not ready until almost 2:45. We were attending a wedding that started at 4 pm and wanted to be refreshed and ready to go by 3:15. The room/condo was lovely and clean. Only negatives were we could not figure out how to turn on the lights in the kitchen. We were told we would be issued a refund for our early check in snafu and have yet to receive it."

The couch was broken, wood sticking out under the fabric in different spots, if my kids were younger it would have been dangerous for them.
