Elliott was always a quick message away. He responded quickly to all of our questions and needs. We had a little trouble with the fireplace switch and even though we got it to work, a maintenance man was immediately sent to double check.The bed mattresses were extremely comfortable. First time I haven’t had back and hip issues in a rental. My favorite place was the upstairs bedroom balcony, where the view was spectacular at any time of the day. The back of the house is situated just right, where you didn’t bake from the morning sun or roast from the afternoon sun. We enjoyed the downstairs game area with the larger couch for movies, pool table and basketball with our grandkids. It was one of their favorite cabins to visit us. The only thing they missed was a fire pit to make s’mores. Our dog enjoyed the enclosed porches where he could roam without wandering off.The route up to the cabin is a bit tricky, but it didn’t help that it was raining and the sun going down when we arrived.Thanks again for opening your home and making the fall a special time for this Florida family.

Needs serious cleaning and management!

This was is my 2nd time staying around Blue ridge. I enjoyed last rental so I decided this property since the price was same as last stay and wanted to try different house. Only my concern was that there was a review saying the house was not clean. I contacted renter and they said that's not true and house is professionally cleaned every time. Big mistake! This house was big downgrade! When I arrived and checked all around, and I found too many things! Hot tub water wasn't replaced and water color was yellowish with bugs and leaves. All the outside chairs were molded and dusty. Spider and spider web everywhere. Not enough toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, towels, propane gas for BBQ grill &fire pits. I had to call management company so many times to get short items and I had to spend lots of times cleaning. Why do I have to clean? They charged lots of money for cleaning! (I left house so much cleaner than I checked in) This property also forced to pay damage insurance which I never needed. I really think that this property doesn't worth over $300($500 per night with all charges) Avoid this property at all cost unless you like troubles!

In Need of Professional Cleaner

The house was in need of deep cleaning, when I contacted the host to explain he said he has had a hard time finding reliable workers. He promised a cleaning fee refund but has not held up on his end. I have not been reimbursed.

Wondering Family Weekend

Great place to stay! The view is amazing. You can see mountains from anywhere on the back porch. We had 7 adults stay comfortably. Everything was clean. There’s a small trail near by leading straight up the mountain about half a mile that leads to another beautiful view. We loved our weekend here! Definitely follow the host’s directions to get to the cabin ;)

Our new favorite place!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! Elliott and Kylie were great hosts and very communicative! The cabin itself is beautiful and clean and stocked with everything we needed! We had the opportunity to see a family of black bears, which was such an awesome experience. Lastly - THOSE VIEWS, THOUGH! We can’t wait to come back!

No less than PERFECT!

Honestly, I can't say enough wonderful things about this home and the hosts! I'll begin by saying it's clean, comfortable and well equipped- but it goes beyond that. The beds had good mattresses, the linens were nice, the blankets warm and cozy. The bathroom towels were thick and soft. I've rented many homes in the past that were decorated and stocked with old and cheap items. That was not the case in this home. Next, the view of the mountains from the patios were spectacular. We actually booked the home because of the view and were not disappointed. When we arrived Friday evening it began to snow, so sitting in the hot tub while it snowed was magical. I could go on and on, but I think you get what I'm saying. I recommend this property without hesitation!

Great Mountain retreat

Elliott was a great communicator prior to and during the art. The cabin was spacious and clean. The beds were fantastic and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.
