  • Take in the long range mountain views at Ridgeview Cabin in the exclusive Walnut Mountain community! All paved roads to this mountain-top retreat where you will find a everything you need for a relaxing mountain getaway! Drink your morning coffee or tea on the expansive, screened in main-level deck. Enjoy additional outdoor space on the terrace level deck. Enjoy the gas fireplace in the main living area as well as cable and high-speed internet. Flat screen tv's in all bedrooms and new beds and bedding. The loft level master has a queen bed and sitting area with amazing mountain views. The terrace level master is has king bed and large walk-in closet. The main level bedroom has two twin beds and bathroom shared with the main living area. You will also find an additional common area on the terrace level with pull out sofa and additional seating area for meals, games and puzzles. Hiking, streams and lakes within the community as well as community pool and tennis courts. Explore downtown Ellijay just minutes away and Blue Ridge within just 25 min. Exlpore the Cartecay River, area wineries and apple orchards within a 20 min drive. You will also find the beautiful Amicola State Falls hiking area just 25 miles away. Great mountain cabin with lovely views! Very clean, good communication with the property owners. Had all the amenities and comfortable beds. Would stay there again.

Great vacation home

This is a great home away from home. Relaxing, community pool, quiet location. Paved road, easy driveway. Our host was so kind, prompt & helpful. I would love to visit here again!

Beautiful views. Saw a bear first evening, strolling through yard below. Lots of deer. Great base for hiking in the area.

Excellent!

Our daughters and their families were with us for the weekend and it was a perfect house for three households. With bedrooms and bathrooms on 3 floors everyone had plenty of space--and we all loved the porch and patio. We hope to return later.

The Perfect Getaway!

We had an amazing stay in Ellijay. The cabin itself is so welcoming and comfortable, you instantly feel at home when you walk in. The kitchen is well-stocked with essentials which made cooking in a breeze (the nearest grocery store is also conveniently close!). Waking up in the morning to watch the sunrise over the ridge was breathtaking- and you can see the amazing view from almost every room in the house. The beds are comfortable and the gated community is well-maintained and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We loved how close it was to shopping and attractions while still being tucked away. We throroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back soon (hopefully in apple season!)

Family reunion

The mountain cottage was perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed the screened in porch with the view of the woods. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean and comfortable. There were a few spiders mainly on the porch. Thank you for a great place to come back to at night after our days site seeing and visiting with family.
