The house itself was very nice. Does need more than one small couch for living room seating. I would not consider the small bench a comfy furniture piece for a living room. There were also at least 10 bags of trash on the front porch when we arrived. That was a disgusting look to first see upon arrival and then to constantly see each time we left and came back. And lastly our names were not on the list as we arrived at the gate. I gave them all the info provided in my email but that didn’t work. They almost didn’t let us in. I called customer service as soon as we arrived at the cabin and was told I’d be receiving another email the next day. That never happened so I had to call back. Was then told someone would call me back. 4 hours later I called back and finally spoke to someone who resolved the issue. Even with all the issues we had a great time because we love Elijay and the north Ga mountains.
