Yes the host was welcoming, the amenities were very good. The house itself is beautiful and very comfortable. We met the maintenance man and he was very friendly and helpful. Overall experience was very good!!!

An exceptional property in every sense. Immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully appointed with high-end cookware and perfectly matched dishware throughout. Service was equally impressive-when a minor issue with the gas fireplace came up, it was handled immediately and professionally, even during the holidays.This home reflects true pride of ownership and top-tier management. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to book with this management company again.Highly recommend for anyone seeking a refined, well-managed luxury property.

The house was amazing and we truly enjoyed it. There were only 3 dishwasher pods left and just a few garbage bags. The oven does not seem to heat up well-maybe directions would be helpful! Great experience!

Beautiful area. Kids loved the pool table, the fire pit, and the loft in the bedroom off of the kitchen. Creek is cold and more fun for older kids. Management company takes good care of the property. 15 minute drive to Ellijay downtown where all restaurants are. No super close grocery store but Dollar General is right down the road for quick, easy stuff. Only complaint is they need to stock better quality toilet paper and greater supply of paper towels and I told them that. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to the area. Easy, 90 minute drive to Atlanta airport.

An Oasis of Calm

Linger Longer exceeded all of our expectations! The drive to the house was lovely-we spotted deer and turkeys on our way-and it was quite hilly, so take your time and enjoy the drive. The hosue was exceptionally clean, the kitchen well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, the seating areas perfect for games or conversations, and the views from the expansive windows were beyond description. We found ourselves standing at the top railing often enjoying the view while we talked about our plans for the day. It was close to Ellijay (a lovely little square with fun shops and yummy restaurants), the Cartecay River (where we went tubing), and many hiking trails (enjoyed by several in our group). We absolutely loved every miunte we spent at Linger Longer, and we hope to be back soon!

What an absolutely stunning property! The home is gorgeous and so comfortable for kids and adults. The views are amazing. We absolutely loved sitting on the back porch and listening to the sound of the creek below us. The home was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back someday soon!

Perfect!

This vacation rental is so lovely and serene. Everything was beautiful, from the materials used inside and outside of the home, to the overall decor. It is one of the most peaceful and relaxing places I have stayed.

Memorable 40th

The cabin is beautiful, well thought out and well equipped with everything you need. Lots of room for the entire family to enjoy and not be on top of each other. Our favorite spaces are the outside deck with fire place where the kids enjoyed watching movies after making smores in the fire pit listening to the creek. So much to enjoy, I was pleasantly surprised that the grandchildren can't wait to go back, we will definitely do this cabin again it was an amazing experience for all of us!

Beautiful Home/great Space

Really loved the house, the layout and all the amenities. The communication was perfect and our only complaint was cleanliness of kitchen and hot tub. Many dishes and pans were dirty, appliances and cabinets had not been wiped down in a long time and there was nothing to wash/scrub dishes with when we arrived the first night. Hot tub was full but there was mold along the water line and a foul smell so we didn’t get in. That being said, the house itself was fantastic and so well layed out. The creek was beautiful and ver soothing.Very close to downtown Ellijay- will absolutely go again but with verification of cleanliness issues addressed

Exceptional Rental

There are very little words that can truly describe this amazing, cique, modern Nature Oasis. So much open space, lots of views from inside the home, kitchen fully stocked no need to bring anything from home. And the river is a hop skip and a jump and they have stairs that lead you to the river bend. I would recommend this place ten times over and most definitely will be back.

We had 4 people that all enjoyed their own bedroom and bath. More than enough room for many more people. The stream was wonderful to hear while enjoying the various decks. BBQ is hooked up to a gas line so didn't worry about fuel and we used it a lot. Everything we needed was there, even the knives were sharp. Great location, could just see a neighbor's house when we drove in but not from the house and never heard them. Short drive into town with numerous stores and restaurants. Highly recommend.
