Great location, plenty of space

Nice stay for our ski trip. Plenty of room in the house, well stocked with essentials, private location, and only a few miles north of town making it an excellent value. Owners very responsive to questions. Thanks for helping us to have a great ski weekend!

Amazing place to stay!

About 7-10mins to downtown. This house is perfect, it offered toys for little ones, multiple cozy living rooms and a spacious kitchen to cook in. We had a small incident completely our fault, however we easily got in touch with the home owners and they were very understanding about it. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Winter wonderland

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this private and spacious property. With four bedrooms and three gathering spaces, it was perfect for our family. The updated kitchen and main bathroom were both modern and practical, offering plenty of room to store our personal belongings.The host made check-in effortless by providing clear directions and even followed up on our arrival night to ensure everything was satisfactory. He was highly responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay, which added to the positive experience.The property features a few steps at the lower level and a convenient mudroom, perfect for storing ski gear. A flight of stairs leads to the main living area, which was not an issue for us. We were fortunate to experience a lot of snow during our visit, and the driveway was cleared daily by a plow, making access hassle-free.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this property to others!

Wonderful getaway!

This was the first time I took my 3 sons to holiday valley to ski. I grew up in Bradford PA and was an avid skier - spent many of days/nights in Ellicottville! It was such a special Christmas gift to myself and I valued the time I got to spend with my boys, their friends and my parents. Your house was absolutely perfect for us - had everything we could possibly need or want! Thank you for sharing your home with us. If we ever get back up there, we will definitely look to book your property again!

Perfect!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family, every essential that was needed they had on hand. Cozy den down stairs and a pool table to play with the kids. I loved being able to spend time together around the fire pit making smores and memories. I will definitely go back to this location in the future!

Home for Ski Weekend

We utilized this home for a ski weekend with three sisters and all our teenage children. The home offered plenty of space with two living areas and a game room. The bedrooms were spacious. The owners answered all questions quite promptly and the home was how we anticipated it to be. We were there primarily to ski but the home also offered things like a pool table and dart board which was perfect for teenagers. The home is a short drive into the town of Ellicottville and a 12 minute ride to Holiday Valley even with not perfect roads. We bounce around ski areas that we do this trip on but if this house is available when we go again, it is a definitely possibility. Thank you to Kelly and Roy for sharing their property with us.

The Ski House

My grandchildren refer to this rental as the ski house. This rental is perfect for a family. Plenty of beds and space for all of us. It's close to tubing, ski resorts and downtown Ellicottville.

Fun family weekend

The house had everything we needed for our weekend stay, with 6 toddlers. The safety gate and safety locks were very appreciated. We had plenty of space, and the kids enjoyed playing with all the toys provided. The land around the property was just beautiful. We loved relaxing out on the back porch and going to the fire pit. We made some wonderful memories.

Enjoyed Country home near Ellicottville

All was great and met our expectations. Communication with the owner was very good. The home was a little older and was clean, well stocked with the essentials, and beds were comfortable. Loved the property, country setting, and fall color of the area. As we drove in we thought it might be a little close to the main highway noise, but it turned out not to be an issue. Grandkids enjoyed exploring around the acreage of the property. The house is about 5 miles out of Ellicottville proper. All was good— would rent again if in the area.
