Everything was perfect for our entire group. Hosts were very welcoming and any questions we had, they would answer almost immediately. From their spacious jacuzzi, to providing us plenty of towels for our stay was simply amazing. We also got great joy out of playing their Air Hockey, pinball machine, dart board and 80's Ms Pacman, Dig Dug, Galaga wall unit. We would absolutely book another stay in this beautiful and comfy home.

This house was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. We had two families there with 7 kids and a small dog and plenty of room. Owner was very responsive. House felt solid and fairly sound proof. They thought of a lot of little things. Highly recommend! We will stay there again. Can use the outside patio in the winter because they have a heater and plastic enclosure.

Beautiful Chalet with SO many amenities! Kitchen well stocked, comfortable rooms, amazing outdoor deck space, nice hot tub, and plenty of activities/games to enjoy. Wonderful place to meet up with friends, and share in the excitement of Game Day on the huge outdoor TV on the deck. Communication with host was easy and fast when needed. Exceeded expectations and it's as nice as the pictures! Would definitely recommend and/or return!

The house was perfect for our size crowd. Everything was clean and the deck was so amazing and beautiful. We were all very comfortable and had so much fun. The only suggestion I have is that a mirror or two is put up in the downstairs apartment. 4 women trying to get ready to go out was difficult with one tiny mirror in the bathroom. Other than that I can’t think of any negative things to say about the house!

Very functional and fun property!

Our group consisted of 3 generations, aging from 11-79 years old. We live only about an hour away, but wanted a place to gather for a weekend where no one felt that they needed to host. Everyone loved this house. There were lots of fun games and things to keep busy! Sitting on the beautiful deck was our favorite (aside from the traffic noise) and the proximity to town and Holiday Valley was great. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating - they brought us TP at 9pm to save us a trip to the grocery store! Very kind. Everything in the house is labeled, making it super easy to find things and use things, which was great for our group. We did bring our dog, who loves her daily walks, which was tough due to the busy/high traffic road and no shoulder or sidewalk. We made it work, but that wasn’t ideal. Overall, we had no complaints and had a wonderful time at the Sugartown Chalet. We would love to visit again in the winter!

Perfect space for multigenerational families

The house had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. But that deck was the high point. Shaded from the sun. Fans to help with heat/bugs, bluetooth speakers, tv. Lots of seating both there and at the inside dining tables. And even when we had an issue the management team was quick and professional to handle. Kids loved the video games as well. We had an amazing time with the family members who overnighted as well as family popping by from Buffalo!

Great house for large groups

House was perfect for 30th birthday celebration. Outdoor area was the highlight of the house and where we spent most of our time. The weather was rainy all weekend, but was still able to enjoy our trip with the outdoor covered patio and indoor games provided. Bedrooms were smaller than anticipated but didn't have an effect on the trip. Would definitely recommend to anyone with 6 or more people!

All you need in one place

This house was simply perfect for our daughter’s graduation weekend. St. Bonaventure is a mere 20 mins away so the location was perfect and only a couple of minutes to the village of Ellicotville. The house came fully equipped with everything you could need to cook all weekend (which we did), including unlimited spices, bowls, pots and pans, and extras like a waffle maker, crockpot etc. It was also nice to have extra garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper etc. the rooms were well decorated and cozy. The furniture new, house spotless and the outdoor living space was to die for! There were so many games inside that made it so much fun (pac man, pinball, air hockey, virtual board games and a dart board). The kids and grown ups had a blast. If you didn’t want to leave the house, you didn’t need to because it provided so much entertainment. On top of loving the house, Kate and Scott the property managers were excellent. They were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back during ski season.

Great property!

Had 2 families stay for Easter weekend, great property! The outdoor deck is beautiful and had great time with hot tub, huge TV and fire table. House was super clean and everything was as advertised. Will definitely look to rent here in the future!

Great rental for spring skiing

This was the prefect property for out group of 7 with two families. We had three kids 11-13 and there was so much to keep them occupied with the air hockey, darts and game table. the outdoor space was amazing and since it is covered, we were able to use the hot tub which was a hit for everyone. The location was great, so close to holiday valley where we went skiing and the town for dinner.

Perfect for Groups and Families

This vacation home offered so much. First, the location to the slopes was under a 10 minute drive and even closer to the charming town of Ellicottville. The home is huge and is perfect for multiple families. It’s basically like having an upper and a lower with kitchen, baths and bedrooms on both levels. The home was immaculate and had games, air hockey and pinball. We enjoyed our stay and will return to this home.

Wonderful ski chalet

My family which included 4 adult couples and 2 children ages 6 & 8 had a wonderful winter weekend with tubing and skiing!! The house was very nice, cozy and spacious. The downstair bedrooms were great for my daughter and her kids. The boys really enjoyed the pinball machine and the electronic game table.It was great being able to eat together at the huge dining room table and the adults enjoyed playing games at night.This house would also be a great summer getaway too. The outdoor deck would be wonderful along with the fire pit!! Would love to return to experience this.Thanks Chuck for sharing your amazing property!!

Great spot for a ski vacation.

Downtown and the slopes were both super close! Very clean. We had three families there and loved that it was a split level because the younger kids were able to go to bed downstairs where it was quiet. The games and hot tub were great. Having two kitchens was also convenient.
