Great time in ellicottville!

We had a great time at this house we had almost 20 people and it was plenty of space to hang out and everyone was able to sleep in a comfortable space. The downstairs games and the hot tub were great ammenities! One thing to note, the listing says the bunk beds are twin beds but they are actually double, so you could reasonably sleep 2 couples in each bunk!

Great Stay!

We had an awesome time! The house is spacious, clean, unique, and a very fun time. Was very impressed with the communication and effort from the host. Was also impressed with the amount of towels and other items that are not always included like spices, condiments, enough trash bags and paper towels. We all agree that we would come back!

Large, comfortable, entertaining house

We had our annual retreat at the house — it slept 19 comfortably. The huge table is great for games, and the open floor plan is great for a big group. The bears and other stuffed heads add some flavor, for sure. We loved the foosball and hockey and video games downstairs, and the hot tub was great after skiing Holiday Valley. We would definitely do it again!

Great Hosts - Great Home!

Beautiful, clean, and entertaining home! Great for families. Hosts were very responsive - even though I had to book at the last minute. The pictures represented the home perfectly, which is not always the case when booking accommodations based only on what you see online.

Great Weekend Away

The cabin is absolutely stunning and has everything you could ever need. Towels, bedding, plates, silverware you name it there was plenty of it. There was so much space for our large group of 18 girls and sleeping arrangements were easy with all the rooms and beds. The location was ideal with a private setting yet very close to town. The owners were so kind and easy to work with. If you are looking for a place for a large group to stay look no further!

Family weekend getaway! Absolutely Amazing!

We recently stayed at this wonderful house for a family get-together, and it was absolutely perfect! With 24 of us, there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The house was cozy and had a warm, welcoming feel that made it easy to settle in. Everything we needed was provided, and the attention to detail truly made our stay comfortable. We are so thankful for such a great experience and would definitely rate it a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend for any large family gathering!

Fully stocked house. Great for large group.

We stayed here for a nice fall getaway weekend in Ellicotville and it did not disappoint. The house is completely stocked with kitchen items, coffee supplies, cooking ware, towels, pillows, blankets, everything you could need. The location is perfect, only 6 mins from downtown Ellicotville. We spent a lot of time outside on the patio enjoying the fire place and hot tub. Amazing games in the basement that all work perfectly. Only reason for 4 stars about the accuracy of the listing is there has been an addition of 2 taxidermy bears added to their decor which are not shown in any of the listing photos. Startled us at first as we were not expecting them but would absolutely book this house again!

Couldn’t have had a better weekend

Gorgeous property with a great yard/patio that’s inviting to have a great time with friends and or family any season of the year. Hosts are quick to answer any questions you may have and everything available to renters from bedsheets to towels to on site dishes are high quality and easy to use. I would recommend this

A comfortable stay

We had a great time during our stay. You’ll find all the essentials for cooking, cleaning, and showering here. Just make sure you keep the noise down when you’re outside as the neighbours have called cops in the past but we were speaking at a normal volume late at night without any issues so no need to worry too much, just be reasonable!

Clean and detailed

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house in the woods. (Our group was 6 adults and 8 kids ages ranging from 18-10.) It was very clean and accommodating. Plenty of towels, soap, spices and dishes! Even the labeled light switches were great. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful ski lodge

This home feels new and is very well kept. Close to Holiday Valley. Plenty of sleeping space for our group of 18. Would have been nice to have a third shower. Hot tube and games were enjoyed by teenage kids. Owner Chris was super responsive when we had an issue with the Internet.

Great house - well stocked and good location

This house was great! There were lots of private bedrooms plus a loft areas with a ton of bunk beds for all the kids. The hot tub in the back and the games in the basement were awesome. And the house was very well stocked with everything you could need. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful chalet that fit 20 of us comfortably

We went as a large group to visits Ellicotville and enjoy the slopes. This property was a great spot that fit all 20 of us. Everyone had a bed. The pillows were very comfortable, the house was very clean and felt new. Mostly everything is provided that you would want to travel with (ie toilet paper, paper towels, basic kitchen condiments). There were 3 bathrooms which is a must with a large group and an awesome fireplace that kept the chalet cozy. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful leading up to and during the visit. My feedback would be- I ran into an issue when cooking dinner. You will need to bring big serving bowls if you have a big crowd to feed. If you are watch a big game ask about the data and lastly the hot tub is lovely when you get it up to 104 but it cools off while in it.

Great space!

This property was just as advertised. The house is beautiful with plentiful sleeping areas. The kitchen is great and open to the living area. The location is very convenient to Ellicottville (3-4 minutes) as well as Holiday Valley (10 minutes). There are only two full bathrooms, so if the house was full - it would take a while for everyone to shower after skiing or hiking.

Girls Weekend (21 People)

The property was in a very secluded, quiet, location. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fireplace. The house was extremely clean and had more than enough supplies. We really enjoyed the game room, which was well stocked with games, including a beautiful multi-game pinball machine. Everything was in excellent condition and well maintained. We had twenty-one people and needed a few extra chairs to enjoy the outdoor fireplace. No problem, but if you have a large group you may want to be prepared. The owners were so easy to communicate with and very helpful, responding to our many questions ahead of the rental. Great rental and great owners! We would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend it.
