The hot tub wasn't working the first night, but our host quickly got someone out to fix it the next day. All of the bedding had a strong perfume smell which we weren't fond of. Also, the hot water wasn't very hot. The game room was fantastic though. I also received a message from the host saying that the garage door was open, I didn't have a problem with that, but it was only open for minutes while we were getting everybody into their cars. Overall, I would stay there again.

Thumbs up for this house and the surrounding area

We were looking for a combination of quiet family time and proximity to activities, and we found both with this property. The house itself is well-maintained and well-appointed. We visited during winter and loved having the hot tub available. Also, there are many outdoor seating and gathering areas. The location vis-à-vis Ellicottville and Holiday Valley was perfect. Being a couple of miles away from them gave us privacy and quiet when we were at the house, while also providing easy access to restaurants, shopping, hiking and skiing when we wanted them. The layout and comfort of the family room and common areas promoted lots of family time and group discussions. We enjoyed our time staying at this property & highly recommend it to others.

Thanksgiving get away

This house was amazing . Beautiful and perfect for a get away with our adult children . Would stay here again . Game room was fun , perfect TV set up for lots of football. LOVED it!!!!!

Ellicottville adventure with friends

This place is a gem. Big and rooming for the 4 couples. The games room lead to some serious competition and the great room was great to end the night for chats and drinks. Anthony was ver accommodating when ever we had a question. Would stay here again. The place was beautiful

One of a kind

This home is beautiful, setting the location apart from others as the home is surrounded by the beauty of the woods representative of Lake Placid. Our most favorite part of the home are the bedrooms with the extension of large patios to sip your morning coffee elevated high enough to be level with the tree tops which is truly a luxury of privacy and relaxation. The cedar filled home which dawns floor to ceiling windows in the great room brings comfort and nature to the fore front. Such a beauty of a home you find yourself not wanting to leave. There is enough space in the three levels to the home, giving everyone their own unique spot to relax, and have fun. The game room was a huge hit amongst our family during our stay. And last, yet most important to us, is how well kept and clean the home was. We were so pleased with our stay and hope we are lucky enough to obtain this home when we secure our next travel dates.

Family Ski Trip

My family rented this house and it was wonderful. The house was fully stocked, very clean and was in a great location from ski resorts and the town. Host was excellent to work with and I highly recommend this house and host. Game room was a huge plus for the kids and beds were very comfy and house was immaculate/clean at check in!!
