Excellent family ski weekend

This house was wonderful! It was spacious and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen! We loved being able to walk to the downtown area and we were just a short drive to Holiday Valley for our kids to ski! This house provided plenty of space for everyone and having three bathrooms was a bonus!! We had so much fun and would book here again!

Great House and Location in Ellicottville

The house was great. Very clean when we arrived The amenities were great. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to walk into town in about 7 minutes. We got a lot of snow and the driveway was plowed for us which was very nice.

Weekend trip

The web site pictures are misleading …the property is dated. No tvs or ceiling fans in the guest rooms. The ceiling is sagging in the kitchen . There is an area of missing subfloor upstairs with carpet over area. The carpet throughout home is old and dirty. The bar stools have various stains on them. One of the beds had dirty sheets on them with blood stains on them .This property deals with 2 different rental companies….Vrbo states this is a third party rental. Very confusing …both rental companies would refer my questions to the other rental company. I had to call both companies regarding placing second payment and neither company were able to help with billing me. I got a call Wednesday from the third party rental company two days prior to checkin questioning why the second payment was not received. I was billed Vrbo fees from Vrbo as well as a Vrbo fee from the third party rental. I was Informed that there is slight construction on the street…we could barely pull into the driveway …the road is torn up and there were large equipment machines parked on both sides of the driveway.

Fun Fam Reunion

It was as advertised. We had plenty of room. The kitchen was excellently stocked. We particularly enjoyed the outside deck area. We spent many hours there. We would definitely rent again! : ))

Great Place to Stay

Nice property for a larger group. Lots of parking and great layout for entertaining. Very nice outdoor spaces including a front porch and cool side area with a fire pit. The place was clean and the check in process was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacay Gone Great!

Six adults visiting family in Eville. The house was exactly as listed. The kitchen was stocked with utensils/dishes/cookware and some dry goods. Each room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the board games provided. A quick walk to town was convenient. Great place; would stay again.

Lots of room for everyone. Very clean. Extra utensils and plates. Many pots and pans. The frying pans need to be replaced. Thank you for the extras in the cupboards and beverages on the kitchen counter. It was great for everyone!

Work Really Well - Undersized Grill

Pretty clean, plenty of space, walking distance to town even in extreme cold. The hide-a-bed had a lot of crumbs and cheerios along with a matress stain that prevented us from using it. The grill was only a three burner and not the one in the pictures which was too small when cooking for 11 guests. This forced us to grill steaks in shifts instead of all at once. The electric went out for a couple of hours. There should probably be a flashlight, latern, or something for those occurrences. All-in-all, a pretty good stay with family and friends.

New year getaway

Great value - we had 6- could sleep 9 adults comfortably but plenty of room for blow up beds. Close to town about two blocks from everything definitely would stay again.

Perfect Village Location - Spacious House!

Lots of room in this spacious property. Large kitchen with seating, large dining and living room. Two big screen TVs. Plenty of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. Easy 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops in village (no need to Uber!). If you’re looking for a spacious, clean property in the village, this is it!
