Everyone gets their own space but then gets to gather in the open concept living/dining/kitchen. We love the hot tub and the fire pit too. Plenty to do in this house and at Suncadia!

Great stay!

The house was beautiful. We were a group of teachers that got to enjoy a weekend away! Walking distance to winery and had everything needed to enjoy a weekend together. Highly recommend!

Holiday getaway

We had a wonderful trip. The house was perfect. Seeing a decorated Christmas tree pulling into the driveway was a very fun surprise. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need. We will be back.

The home has a great floor plan with an upper and lower sleeping areas. The luxurious hot tub is on the lower floor and has a perfect view of the golf course. Beds were comfortable. I can go on and on but I’ll just say we loved Bootjack and hope to return soon.

Family Funcadia

Perfect house for a two family get away! The two master suites were great for both sets of parents and the kids were able to have their own space with the bunk beds. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit every night. Location was walking distance from Swiftwater for dinner. We saw deer every day on the golf course. Would love to come back and stay in the winter time.

Plenty of space for everyone, rooms were big and beds were comfortable, set up high in the trees (felt like we were in a treehouse), and the deck and patio/firefit were perfect places to relax and enjoy the golf course view. Walking distance to Swiftwater was a plus! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.
