Wonderful Home

We LOVED our stay at Pine Breeze, the location was great, the unit was beautiful and spacious, they had some toys for the kids and some fun things in the garage to play with. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub and fire pit were great! Even though the neighbors were close, I never felt a lack of privacy. Our family is already planning to make Pine Breeze a yearly trip!

Winter Wonderland in Suncadia

Winter Wonderland in Suncadia! We loved this home! It was perfect for our family of five...holiday decor, beds were super comfortable, toys in the bunk room, garage games, fireplace, hot tub. Great location, just off of the walking path.

Loved our stay!

This was the perfect house for 6 guests. Everything was very clear for check in and house instructions. The hot tub and fire pit were so easy to use. We also appreciated that someone came by to shovel snow from the walkway. We definitely will be back!

Perfect cozy home

My husband and I went for a weekend get away. Easy house to get to, it was in a great location minutes from the on site restaurants. Fire and hot tub were easy to use. This is a great place to stay with a small young family. The only downfall was it was on the main road so when you were in the backyard people walking by could look in at you.

Nice home

Everything was great. The only thing I would like to see is more privacy with the next door neighbors. There is not fence or screen between the two properties an the road. Some shrubs would do the job. You see your neighbors seating outside and people walking/ bicycling on the path.

A very Merry Christmas

Had a great time with family from around the state for Christmas. The house was decorated for the holiday, we enjoyed amenities of the resort, enjoyed exploring the nearby area, the hot tub and the snow. Great time!

Close and Cozy

The house was great and had everything that we needed while we visited. There were some items at the house that were a welcomed surprise also. There was a high chair, pack n play, and some smaller toys for our 1 year old. The ping pong table and arcade games in the garage was a family favorite. Everything worked well and we all enjoyed our time together. Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful house with us. We hope to make another visit!

Excellent Suncadia getaway!

We had a wonderful time staying here in Suncadia for a family wedding. The home worked out perfectly for our family with easy access to all of Suncadia. Being that it was 4th of July - we had a BBQ planned and the BBQ only had one of two burners working. ASVR staff was prompt to react, inspect and quickly replaced the BBQ with a new unit. That's service. Thanks - look forward to being back in the future.

This spacious home is in a beautiful location. The kitchen is well stocked with wonderful cooking supplies. We were a bit disappointed given the large amount of money we paid to find dirty bathroom sinks, hair on bathroom floor, ripped sheet, and we were covered in long black hair when we turned on the jets in the hot tub. That was a huge disappointment. In addition, there was water that started running out of the ceiling downstairs. We’d stay again if we could avoid these issues.

Great place!

Lovely house - very clean and comfortable. Only minor bummer is the hot water takes awhile to come. Other than that, everything was great! The experience of enjoying the hot tub while watching the snow fall was the highlight of this trip!

Beautiful rental in Suncadia

This is a really nice place in Suncadia close to a lot of activities the area has to offer. It's great for a small family or group of friends. Very clean and well maintained and the interior of the house is really nice. Very fun game room in the garage too.

Three of us, all friends in our 60’s

We loved our getaway and were able to hike for miles on the beautiful trails. The house was clean and well appointed. We had a blast playing ping pong, basketball and Packman in the garage which provided lots of laughs!

Perfect location with the 10 hole in your backyard

What a beautiful home! Music was playing as we walked in which made us feel welcome. The BBQ, fire pit and hot tub were utilized, making the weekend enjoyable. Beds were comfortable and check-in/out was easy. My favorite part of the trip was having the 10th hole of the Prospector golf course in our backyard. At midnight, we walked up, laid a blanket at the Teebox and took in the beautiful starry sky. We will definitely be back to Suncadia, as this was our first visit. When we do, I will most definitely stay here again!!

Family vacation

Great house but could have been a better stay... Upstairs remained too warm; 10 degree hotter upstairs even with AC thermostat set between 68 - 70. Huge temp fluctations between flloors. Sofa bed upstairs was very uncomfortable, had to put tundle mattress to cushion from metal bar in center. Overall great house and location but needed some upgrades for sleep.
