Wonderful stay!

Stayed here with my extended family of three generations to celebrate our matriarch's 80th birthday. From 7 to 80 years old, everyone had a blast and enjoyed the house. More than enough space for everyone to lounge or find space for a quiet moment. Well-stocked kitchen!

Great location, great house

Beautiful House with Elevated Finishes

Heart of the Hill feels brand new, super clean, with high end finishes, and is well stocked. The house is professionally decorated, which elevates the whole experience. We really enjoyed our time there.

Fantastic Property

This was an amazing home with plenty of space for our 10-person family. Each adult couple had their own suite, and the grandkids enjoyed the bunk room. Kitchen set up was a chief's dream. The location was great as there were little sledding hills right out the back. Hot tub was great. Perfect "winter camp" location!!

Walkable & Gorgeous Home

We would 100% stay here again. Everything was sparkling clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. We spent a lot of time out on the covered patio and in the hot tub. Absolutely beautiful home and we will return!

SPECTACULAR HOME

Incredibly stunning and well-maintained home with beautiful furnishings. Huge plus having 3 master suites with private baths. Plus two additional bathrooms. Spacious well-designed floorplan can accommodate more than one family easily. The home was impeccably clean and cared for. A real gem! We will definitely be asking for this home again when we return to Suncadia.

A Getaway in the Woods

The house itself was amazing! All of the beds were so comfortable. Plenty of towels and additional blankets if required. The hot tub was the best additional for cold fall nights as well as the gas fire pit. Zero complaints other than the cleanliness of the hardwood floors. All of our feet were black on night 1. Also, the TV in the living room was incredibly difficult to work. 3-4 people attempted to make it work, without success. (TV would turn on, but the sound wouldn’t). If a group of 27-30 year olds couldn’t do it, I can’t imagine how an elderly group would be able to do it. Other than that, this was an amazing experience and stay! I would still recommend for those who don’t care about TV!

Beautiful, clean home

We will definitely rent this property again when coming to Suncadia. Has a lot of amenities the homeowner shares with renters that the whole family enjoyed.....bikes, outdoor sports games, video games.

Review

This was a beautiful house in a great location! We were so excited when we arrived and the house was lovely and had great space for a few families. Wonderful decor and great kitchen and living room. When we checked in we found disgusting stuff in the hot tub, garbage and dirt/mold on outdoor furniture. We messaged the rental company and didn’t hear anything for another day so we ended up having to clean it all ourselves. A huge draw was the outdoor seating and hot tub and of course we wanted to use it. This was a great house but they need to work on being thorough with cleaning and responding to guests needs right away in email. By the time they did send someone to clean it the next afternoon, it was already done by us, the guests. Sometimes these things get overlooked by a cleaning staff and I understand that. Also make sure if you rent this, know that you cannot access suncadia pools. Overall the rental was a great house, the check in and checkout was thoroughly communicated and it was a beautiful location!

Amazing House

We've stayed in a few Suncadia homes over the years and this was, by far, the best. The house was great for our extended family to enjoy Christmas. The furnishings, decorations, linens, bedding, and everything were top of the line! Bonus was that it was within walking distance to the Swiftwater Winery and Restaurant! Will definitely stay there again!
