The house was very nice, and the out-of-town location made it incredibly quiet and relaxing. Even with a full group of 12, the place felt spacious and never crowded. The location was also super convenient—right near the snowmobile rental company, which was a big plus. We especially loved unwinding in the hot tub after riding all day! 🎉

Everything was as expected, except for the view - fall colors exceeded expectations! Only thing was that Google maps couldn't get us to the house. Fortunately, a friendly "local" saw us and quickly pointed us in the right direction. Thanks for a fun long weekend!

Pros:1. Customer Service. They were proactive, often anticipating my questions and responded quickly when I sent messages. Excellent recommendations for things to do and places to go in the area, i.e. Activity Center & Rafting.2. The view from the balcony, kitchen and living room. Just amazing. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, which had toddler proof railing.3. The house itself was very good. Clean and lots of room.4. Even though there was/is a burn ban and we couldn't use the wooden fire pit, there is a gas fire pit so we could still do S'mores.Cons:1. The weather/temperature. Uncharacteristic cool weather for August (low to mid 60s). Luckily, there were plenty of blankets, which we used on the balcony. AND we still went rafting, although we stayed out of the water.2. Lake Cle Elum was a disappointment. The water is very low and the wind picks up in the afternoon.Overall, we would stay here or nearby again. This is our 4th trip to the area, because it's a lovely area and I would rent again from this group based upon their exceptional customer service.

Family getaway

The property was fantastic! Beautiful views to sit and drink coffee on the patio. Enjoyed making S'mores after a soak in the hot tub. Other nights spent playing family games. Local pool was a great day of fun! Only negative is the loud construction crew next door started at 7am. I room could have used an A/C unit or fan, all other rooms had them.

I enjoyed my stay here, the view in the back is gorgeous during winter time. The hot tub was a hit, it was close the home for easy access. I like that is in a woodsy area but not too secluded. very nice home.

Amazing family setting

Loved the three levels of the house…kids in the loft, downstairs game room/spa, and open main level with big deck. Great mountain view and away from the village below. Close to activity pool center and the lake beach. Great activities at Nelson Farm nearby. Fun playground and bike pump park to explore. Bring bike helmets with you.

Christmas in July

We enjoyed our annual Christmas in July trip! GPS gave us a little trouble at first but it all worked out. We felt we had plenty of room for all us. The small side bedroom was too warm and we did not see the 5 split AC units that property managers mentioned. I lived that there was plenty of room for garbage and we didn’t have to take it with us as we have in the past. Overall a great stay!!

Fantastic Home

We enjoyed our extended weekend stay at this property. Beautiful view from dining area. The property is very clean and well stocked. We’d stay here again when back in the area! Property manager is very communicative and accommodating.

Perfect Family Retreat

This home us Super clean, cozy, has So many fun games for the families to enjoy together, and has one of the nicest hot tubs I've ever been in. We had quite allot of snow come down and it made such a beautiful scenery off the porch. 5 stars.

Perfect Getaway

The house is perfectly tucked up on the ridge which gives great views and privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed the amount of space as it gave our teenagers their privacy and own space when they needed it. We used the hot tub everyday. We loved all the sledding hills down the gravel road and the nearby beach was very fun for our dog. The house can be a little tricky to find so be sure to follow the instructions NOT google maps. The house was clean but not over the top clean so I felt comfortable with our dog in the house. Overall one of our favorite family vacations!

Beautiful house but had some issues

The property is absolutely amazing and the house has everything you need. With that said the hot tub was not working and shut down. When talking to the management they insisted the house was inspected before our stay. That is just not true. We had to shovel almost a foot of snow to get into the house/steps. The error codes on the hot tube had 24 entries from the last 6 days. By the time they got someone out and fixed it and the water was up to temp it was 2 am and our last night. I appreciated the resolution from the owners but the communication with the property management was upsetting being lied to. I really hope the owners consider replacing this hot tub as we were told this has been an issue many times due to the size of the pump. At the end of the day we all had an amazing time the fault is with the rental company.

Girls Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at your home. The weather wasn't great, but we had a wonderful time walking, running, sitting in the hot tub, playing Ms Pacman, and going to the nearby Suncadia to walk the trails. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean, it had a beautiful view, and it was well-stocked with towels, etc. We would definitely recommend this home!
